Located in the heart of Palermo, just a few steps from the magnificent cathedral and the famous Via Maqueda, this hotel was once the noble 18th century Palazzo Tarallo.
Originally a magnificent aristocratic residence, this hotel was brought back to its original splendor by an expert restoration completed in 2003. The particular care exercised in the selection of furnishings and the preservation of the original structures endows the hotel with a special charm and a unique personality.
On the main floor, lavish frescoes and antique furniture recreate a magical atmosphere straight out of the novel "The Leopard." There are 5 conference rooms, all fully-equipped, as well as Restaurant 1892, an ideal place for special event lunches or dinners as well as wedding receptions, buffet or gala dinners.
Monte di Pietà is a great choice for travelers interested in Museums, Churches and History.

Reviews for Eurostars Centrale Palace Hotel

Review 1:The staff not so helpful specially bad the waiter at the rooftop restaurant. Reception staff quite mediocre, except someone called Veronica who was a bit better. We stayed in November when weather could be 'unpredictable. We booked this hotel as we thought the glassed in restaurant/terrace on the roof was open all day. It turned out they only open for dinner, which is not good in winter as at night you can't see very much ( Palermo is not so god at lighting up their monuments at night!) And you can't enjoy the natural light coming into the wonderful glassed area for reading or just relaxing keeping out of the rain. This area is only open if you are prepare to spend a lot of money in your dinner (5 euros per person as cover charge, just to sitdown!) No wonder it was mostly empty every night! Seems such a waste of such a wonderful space were one could enjoy the natural light!!

Review 2:The location and the room we were given

Review 3:Some fittings "tired' ie cracked hand basin, cracked floor tiles, seal to shower not fitting properly and so water on bathroom floor. Restaurant very disappointing. Inaccurate translations of dishes and dishes served not containing ingredients of menu.

Review 4:Size of room. Outside space with terrace and table and chairs. Interesting public areas.

Review 5:Nothing if you remember that this is an old building in the older part of town.

Review 6:Staff & breakfast excellent. Remember that this is an old building in the older part of town. Good location for tourist sights. Food tip - great dinner at Ai Cascinari but needed taxi to get there - too far to walk in the dark. Via D'ossuna 43

Review 7:Tea and coffee making facilities would of been nice in the room.

Review 8:A hotel with safe and secure private car park. Was happy to pay extra for peace of mind. Great location to walk around the town. With a great restaurant in the hotel and a fabulous restaurant opposite which is a must to try.

Review 9:The grandest breakfast room I've ever seen. You certainly know you are in a palace. Super location, great staff, really good breakfast selection. Ideal all round.

Review 10:Air Conditioner did not work. Told the front desk and were told it would be taken care of. When we got back after 3 hours, it had not been taken care of. Finally the maintenance person came and took care of it, but lost about an hour of sleep waiting for it to be repaired.

Review 11:Location

Review 12:Nothing to complain really

Review 13:The location could not be better. The reception staff were always helpful smiling spoke English. The breakfast was superb but steeply priced. I didn't realise that it was not included.

Review 14:impossible to open the window (handle of the window and blinds in poor state) We tried the restaurant and were rather disappointed

Review 15:the location - the breakfast rooms - the view from the restaurant on the roof - always a taxi waiting in front of the hotel

Review 16:We had the most wonderful visit to Palermo staying at Centrale Palace Hotel... The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable and the staff so friendly and helpful. The meals were fabulous - the incredible breakfast was by far the best of our 3 week trip to Sicily! The location is ideal, easily within walking distance of more excellent restaurants and the most amazing sights - Quattro Canti, the Cathedral, Fontana Pretoria, Palazzo dei Normanni and Cappella Palatina (just to name a few!). The hotel staff easily facilitated leaving and getting our car from the garage making day trips out of the city easy. We highly recommend Centrale Palace Hotel for a most enjoyable visit to Palermo!

Review 17:No real "bad" experiences with this hotel !! Breakfast was good ! Lots to choose from at 12 euro ! A good start to the day !! As mentioned above, quite difficult & stressful to get to by car but not everyone will drive ! Not advisable ! Can be quite noisy ! Maybe ask for a room on the fourth floor !! We had a young child so we were back at the hotel early evening & unfortunately the tv was pretty rubbish..all channels obviously in Italian !! The food in the rooftop was nothing special & overpriced ! Better to go out & eat at the many restaurants around..more value for your money ! The bar does not open until 5.30 !

Review 18:Very close to Cathedral & Theatre & plenty of places to have a meal ! Not the easiest hotel to access by car but if you are driving then make sure you reserve one of their car parking spaces, costs 18 euro per night & they will charge an additional 2 euro for every time they take your car & park it for you ! It costs extra but convenient ! The streets are very narrow & chaotic ! There is a "hop on & hop off" tour bus available therefore taking in the sights of Palermo easier, comfortable & more enjoyable !! You can jump off at anyone of their stops if you want to dine or shop !! Our hotel room was clean, cool & quiet !

Review 19:*The hotel's decor and oppulance. *The perfect location, close to many attractions. *The staff were always cheerful, helpful and polite *Breakfasts were very good. Great selection of hot and cold buffet.

Review 20:The hotel is so run down!!! The rooms have water stained walks and peeling paint. The upholstery throughout the hotel is filthy and ripped. It is a shame because the rooms are spacious and we had a beautiful terrace but again it was absolutely filthy.

Review 21:The location and the staff were great

Review 22:The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, with a good breakfast, and close to many of the most interesting streets, restaurants, and museums. Best of all was the staff, always welcoming and helpful, even when we had a problem with our booking which was our fault.

Review 23:Great hotel in the center of Rome close to all attractions. We had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed and great breakfast buffet.Highly recommended

Review 24:You were not permitted to use the restaurant balcony ( despite it being pleasant weather) and the staff were very un accommodating. Despite the panorama views being one of the main features and selling points of the hotel you were not even permitted to have a drink in the evening over looking the city. Extremely disappointing! We had to find an alternative hotel which would allow us to have a drink on their rooftop and also happily seat us food r dinner. When we ate inside at the restaurant the food was ok, but again disappointing, especially given the price.

Review 25:The location

Review 26:The bedroom we were allocated had a problem with a smell coming from the air conditioning unit, but we were quickly moved to another room.

Review 27:Location of Hotel, roof top restaurant, Friendly staff. Comfort of beds. Stunning breakfast room.

Review 28:At breakfast some of the dishes (eg salad items) were covered in flies. We reported this three times, but nothing was done to cover them. Otherwise the breakfast was very good.

Review 29:Beautiful, antique property

Review 30:- facilities not great: - no swimming pool - lounge area poor - attempt to charge €20 each for breakfast on our first day was a disappointing surprise; we went outside and paid €10 for the three of us. -ruination of classic ornate breakfast rooms with canteen style tables - having to climb seven steps to get to the lift !

Review 31:Friendly helpful staff Central location comfortable bedrooms

Review 32:We had two rooms on the first floor. Mine was larger, but had no hot water the day we arrived.

Review 33:The Centrale Palace has a great location in the middle of Palermo. This was the end of our Sicilian Adventure. Celebrating at the rooftop restaurant was perfect.

Review 34:Damp carpet in covered outdoor entrance gave off heavy musty smell. Original room somewhat beat up. Needed updating.

Review 35:Bedding. Towels were great. Location

Review 36:Don't expect great views from lower storey rooms

Review 37:Palazzo turned into a hotel well done. Enormous salons throughout. Fantastic breakfast rooms with good food.

Review 38:I booked a room with double beds. When I arrived went through a long check in process only to realize I was given a room with one bed. When I complained I was accommodated but had to wait an hour. The room was dirty moldy, old and gross. I cannot believe they have the audacity to try and pass this off as a luxury hotel and charge the high rates that they do!

Review 39:I liked the central location

Review 40:poor in breakfast, the worst i taste in sicily... and they just merge two small bed in to a double bed room, which is not comfortable. Do not think this could happen in a good hotel

Review 41:good location, good looking outside

Review 42:The hotel is exactly what it promises to be: well located, slightly arrogant old house with basic but clean rooms. A bit pricey for what it has to offer, but the location is certainly very convenient

Review 43:Hotel location. The terrace of our junior suite. The breakfast room is so elegant with marble floors and candelabras in all the rooms. A beauty ! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Viva Palermo and Centrale Palace Hotel.

Review 44:Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly.

Review 45:The location was great and the Centrale Palace was a lovely old hotel, it did need a bit of a renovating. It was very clean and the linens for great. The restaurant was excellent and the bar area was very nice. Showers were very small. I would go back again.

Review 46:Our junior suite had a terrace and we took advantage of it a lot. The breakfast room is a great jewel, extremely beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The hotel location was perfect.

Review 47:The only thing that was just slightly disappointing was the room. It was perfectly adequate but very simple in its appointments compared to the palatial decor of the public areas of the hotel. With that said it was very comfortable and clean.

Review 48:The hotel is absolutely magnificent--beautiful interior-- lobby, breakfast room and rooftop restaurant. It is truly palatial. The food at the Al Tetti rooftop restaurant is excellent and the view unparalleled. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and delicious! The location is perfect with easy walking access to many historic and beautiful sites in Palermo. I truly loved my stay at the Centrale Palace Hotel and highly recommend it.

Review 49:The Airconditioning was absolutely inadequate Don't get a room on the second floor unless you are happy to be woken at 6.30 by the scraping of chairs breakfast room above you The restaurant rooftop was a great setting but the staff had the personality of robots

Review 50:They attended to a problem with our room with patience and perseverance The reception staff very good There is a sense of space and rooms to sit in

Review 51:The lobby and rooms were filthy. Couches were blackened. Beds were uncomfortable and itchy. Horrible smell throughout. We are not big people but could still barely fit into the shower. Felt like a hospital. Except far dirtier. Extremely loud noises from street during the night. Difficult to find and access by car - roads blocked leading towards it.

Review 52:Wifi did not work well in all the rooms. Bathroom door did not close properly. But for the price this is minor.

Review 53:Beautiful hotel, great location! A little jewel.

Review 54:The air condition in the sport room was broken!

Review 55:It's a beautiful hotel! You the feeling that you are in an old palace! You are in the center of Palermo and can visit the most things by foot!

Review 56:During the whole stay for some reason google didn't work on either phone or computer when connected to the hotel wi-fi. For some reason never got around to asking about it but found that very strange. Also, during my second stay in the room there was nothing in the mini-fridge except water and although I mentioned it to staff - they never changed anything. And the telephone didn't work, the lights didn't really switch off, so I had to switch off the whole electricity of the room as I couldn't call them with the phone not working =))

Review 57:I stayed there twice and overall it was a great experience! The hotel is absolutely stunning and the location is perfectly near to everything there possibly is.

Review 58:wifi was really bad and access to certain webs such as google was capped. Hotel room lacked fancy details you would expect in a 4 star hotel for that price.

Review 59:Nice and comfortable hotel, staff were lovely, breakfast was good and location was superb.

Review 60:Hard to get to, especially with a car. The hotel needs to tell new arrivals how to get to the hotel, since it is now inside the cordoned off central part of the city. We had to follow a three-wheeled guide down narrow alley ways to arrive at the hotel.

Review 61:Helpful staff, attractive building, good location once the car is parked.

Review 62:The guy behind the front desk was very rude. We just asked him where the port for the ferry was and he said he didn't know. He also said he would store our bags in the luggage store and when we came back after a few hours they were still in the corridor.

Review 63:Scrambled egg and sausages mixed at breakfast - bad for vegetarians. Wifi was weak.

Review 64:Great location with views from roof and even a bat flying around at dusk. Good conversion of old building a stone's throw from restaurants and cathedral and bus to Monreale.

Review 65:It is hard navigate there if you have a car. This is because the Via Vittorio Emanuele is one way at that end of the street. So you have to drive towards the hotel from the direction of the Cathedral. The back streets are very narrow and so this is not as easy as it looked on the Sat Nav. The good news is that, although the police were restricting the traffic flow down the Via Vittorio Emanuele when we arrived, they waved us through and we could park right outside the hotel to unload. The hotel porter then parked our car for us in their own garage (18 euro per night). So it was all very easy once we got to the hotel.

Review 66:This hotel was an unexpected treat. It is situated right in the heart of Palermo so we expected some noise from the street but that was not the case. Maybe we were lucky with our room but it was located on the third floor towards the back of the hotel and it was very quiet apart from when the pianist was playing in the bar area above on Friday and Saturday night (but she was very good so I have no complaints there either). It had a small terrace. The air con was very efficient (and quiet). The room had only just been refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful. We ate in the roof top restaurant twice because it was very good. The prices were surprisingly reasonable and the quality was high. They had a very good wine selection. The views were wonderful. The best part of staying here was that nearly everything we wanted to see in Palermo was within a 15 minute walk of the hotel or less. This hotel is very well named. Highly recommended.

Review 67:We had understood from the website that the rooftop restaurant was open until 10.30 pm. Our flight - the only direct one from London - didn't arrive until after 9.00 pm. When we checked in, the concierge said that the restaurant took last orders at 10.15 pm. We raced up to the restaurant, to be told - at 10.04 pm - that last orders were at 10.00 pm and there was no way we could get anything to eat there. The tone was not remotely apologetic or sympathetic. Disappointing!

Review 68:The interior is just beautifully designed - old and marvellously elegant. The room was lovely and the private terrace just magical. We loved it!

Review 69:Very poor management and I have rated the hotel highly because of the helpfulness of the receptionists and waitresses. On our last day our room had not been touched when we returned at 6pm and there was at least one other which had been left.No duty manager in the hotel, no housekeeper so bellboy brought our clean towels and we made our own bed. One evening two waitresses had to serve over fifty people. Amazingly food and beverage manager was also dining and adding to their workload

Review 70:Hotel staff were friendly and hard working. Valet car parking service

Review 71:Since this room situated at the upper flow, cold water pressure was not always high enough.

Review 72:We stayed at the Hotel “Centrale Palace Hotel” for two nights, in June 2015. Second time it was triple room #422. Everything was very good. Hotel situated in real geographical and historical center of Palermo, just several meters from Quatro Canti or Four Corners at Corso Vittorio Emanuele. It takes equal only ten minutes to get Palermo Cathdral by walk. All museums such as Regional Gallery in Palazzo Abatelis and Pallazo Chiaramonti are in ten-fifteen minutes walk. Central railway station is situated one kilometer from the hotel and we spent only fifteen minutes to get our train just walking to the station. So, hotel situated at the very center among all tourist destinations and shopping areas. Hotel is situated in real palace built in XVII-XVIII centuries, so it has appropriate interiors. Room #422 was equipped with all necessary things and even little bit better than room 323 we stayed before. There were the TV set, refrigerator with mini bar and air conditioner in the room. Wardrobe with safe was also present in the room. Bath room had no bathtub but was equipped with shower cabin. It was big enough even to put there several very tall and very fat persons. Hairdryer was available in the bathrooms too. Everything was although not new but functional and clean. Free Wi Fi was available in all areas of the Hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and plentiful. All personnel was very helpful and polite, all people at the reception spoke fluent English.

Review 74:Comfortable and modern rooms. Hotel is in a great location and must have been a palace originally - beautiful stone floors, chandeliers, etc. Helpful staff.

Review 75:Whilst the bedroom was very clean and functional, I would be inclined to refresh the decor of the room to keep it in line with the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Review 76:We arrived in Palermo by train and were immediately struck by the chaos and vibrancy of the town. The hotel is a 5 minute direct walk from the station and is an oasis of calm amidst all the city activities. We were too early for check-in but they kindly took our luggage so that we could explore the city. The hotel is tastefully decorated in an ornate and classical style with an abundance of beautiful paintings on display. Our room was simple in design but was functional, clean and well sound proofed from the exterior noise. There was a large choice at breakfast and every item was very fresh. The breakfast room was beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed and calm. Overall a great hotel in an excellent location in the wonderful vibrant city of Palermo.

Review 77:We stayed on the first floor, under the area where they serve breakfast. This meant we were woken up before 6am every morning with all the banging and noise from upstairs. This made our stay less than enjoyable

Review 78:The restaurant served wonderful food and was excellent value for money.

Review 79:The staff always had an air of false sophistication. Had feeling that hot breakfast items were not always changed as often as they should be but otherwise everything else was fine.

Review 80:The hotel is a grand old lady that is hard to maintain and modernize but the hotel does a good job of it. All of the plumbing and facilities have been updated and are somewhat fresh. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of items.

Review 81:Staff was quite helpful. Airlines had lost our bags and since we do not speak Italian it was nice that they called the lost and found department at the airport and the airline many times. Really appreciate their help !

Review 82:The last stay of one night long was in a horrible old room that looked like no one had inspected it for a while. For a FOUR STAR HOTEL, the room seemed more like a TWO star. The desk chair was ripped, a light was burnt out, there was mold in the shower, there were tons of cigarette buts in the planter outside on the balcony. There were black marks on the wall, but the bed was clean and we were too tired to make a change in the room so we just fell asleep.

Review 83:The location was ideal. The staff was exceptional! Breakfast wonderful, especially Salvatore! Dinner on the roof top was not great. We stayed in the hotel twice in our week long trip to Sicily. The first stay was for two nights and the room was great. I think it was an upgrade to Superior.

Review 84:Wasn't fond of Palermo city, not well maintained as a provincial capital should be, hotel. The dinner was in part, not as good as expected.

Review 85:Old world chrme Hotel, great sized large room, very comfortable bed. Location to the main city attractions and the relative close Hop-on-hop-off bus stop. Near main shopping and restaurants area and a temporary pedestrian roadway in evenings

Review 86:Staying in a 400 year old palace in the best location in Palermo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was as delicious as it was spectacular.

Review 87:Wi-fi was only OK. Intermittently available. Critical to English speaking patrons who rely on Internet to plan vacation.

Review 88:Staff was very helpful, especially Veronica. She made our stay SO welcoming and helped arrange a car rental. GREAT location for those who enjoy walking around the city.

Review 89:The bathroom in the bedroom would benefit from some revamping (as furniture, firting, taps are worn-out)

Review 90:An old aristocratic big palace, full of charme, high decorated ceilings, antique furnitures, paintings. The rooftop terrace is a serene gateaway from the bustling central streets. The breakfast of superior quality as the palace (incl. salmon and fresh canoli).

Review 91:The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Palermo, the staff was helpful, the hotel is amazingly decorated, clean, the view from rooftop restaurant is magnificent, the breakfast is excellent . Highly recommend !

Review 92:We had dinner on the roof top restaurant. A recently arrived tour group of 11 Bostonians, including 2 doctors, a dentist and a police officer( yes, it wasn't hard to hear the narrative of their lives) decided that they were the only ones in the restaurant and their loud endless conversation about back home ruined our meal. If we had known that a group was going to commandeer the dining room we would have gone elsewhere

Review 93:The hotel itself could do with updating and the staff could be a little more helpful. Our Junior suites overlooked a brick wall - would not choose again.

Review 94:Well situated hotel - good breakfast

Review 95:Central location also is on one of the city's busiest streets, and chairs dragged over the beautiful stone floors above can make plenty of noise (an investment in felt-tips would make a huge difference!).

Review 96:The hotel is a hundred meters or so from Palermo's old center, and the hotel a grand old palazzo. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent restaurant on the roof-top, with views all around. Breakfast is amazing.

Review 97:The staff is kind of haughty, not always helpful. The area immediately around is a bit on the trashy side.

Review 98:Fantastic breakfast, great in-room amenities. It is reasonably close to some major attractions.

Review 99:Crazy traffic! Do not drive downtown. Tailgating and lane-swapping is legendary!Palermo! Most of it ugly: the many historical features decaying or hidden. Also curiously devoid of good restaurants. Not a place to return to. See Palermo and die (probably run over).

Review 100:The hotel is centrally located, close to all the sights. Quite a stylish interior with all required facilities.

Review 101:there was always a wait at reception - generally 1 person on duty - not enough for large establishment, even more so at check- out time. Bathroom scruffy - tap cover missing; bathroom bulb

Review 102:Although the rooftop restaurant has a delightful view and ambiance, the waiters acted like robots and never smiled or checked in with us. My food was good, but my friend could not eat her meal as it was tasteless, way over cooked/dried out and expensive. (No one inquired why her plate was full when they cleared!) Would not recommend eating there unless for just a drink. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was extensive in a lovely, large dining area, but two of the most important offerings were inedible. The juice and coffee were the worst on our two week trip and not drinkable. Luckily, there was tea. Would not pay for breakfast if not included in rate.

Review 103:A beautiful art deco grand dame! Walking distance to the cathedral and the quartro quatti.

Review 104:Couldn't get hot water for a shower until 6pm. Lift was very slow and the main one didn't seem to be working

Review 105:Convenient location. And able to book tors and transfers form the desk.

Review 106:The only weakness of the stay was the water pressure in the shower. It did take more effort to get fully rinsed. This is minor compared to the overall experience.

Review 107:The staff worked very hard to meet our requests and to make us comfortable. This added greatly to the value of the stay. The breakfast featured some lovely Sicilian treats.

Review 108:The breakfast was wide in variety but not great quality - most items were disappointing. Our room was a triple and presumably because of this not well located but it was very noisy and because the air conditioning isn't available until June(!) we had to choose between being hot or having the noise of what seemed to be a hotel service area through the open window. Our 10 year old and myself both had a very bad night's sleep as a result.

Review 109:The hotel is very centrally located and convenient. Staff helpful but not overly friendly

Review 110:The staff at reception really needs to improve their manners. Very abrupt men, unusual for my whole experience in Sicily. Anything I needed was a bit too much. This is how they came across and that matters when you are dealing with people. The furniture is outdated, what's the point of keeping two massive white sofas in desperate need for a clean in the hallway? The room and bathroom would benefit from refurbishment too.

Review 111:The best thing about this hotel in my opinion is the location. Good breakfast and good wifi as well. Average, clean room.

Review 112:Breakfast was five star hotel buffet (except when the tour groups go through...), we were upgraded and it was spacious and tidy. location was handy to attractions and some local markets and eating venues. The restaurant is as good as the reviews.

Review 113:The only tiny complaint was our room was a little noisy at times as it overlooked the entrance to the car park and there was some noise from cars/mopeds going in and out. But this didn't stop us having a great nights sleep or spoil our stay.

Review 114:Everything was great!! It was very close to everything both in the city centre and the port, and extremely close to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked about. Bar and lounge area was really nice and relaxing, rooms were great - clean, comfortable with everything you could want and the bathroom was fantastic! The breakfast was amazing, lovely food - hot, cold, fresh fruit and the best freshly squeezed blood orange juice and the most amazing ceiling!. The whole hotel had a feel of an old palace with lots of chandeliers, antiques and gilt, which although was a bit tiered in some areas just added to its charm. A really great break!

Review 115:Very difficult to find by car; driving through Palermo was a nightmare and very glad to have the porter to park the car - the access to the car park was incredibly narrow and hard to spot.

Review 116:Wonderful location in the city and faded grandeur of the building - and the surrounding area.

Review 117:The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre and only a two minute walk from several of the best known sites.

Review 118:Room was on the small side - which is not unusual in cities as old as Palermo, where space is at a premium.

Review 119:Unbeatable location, on a major street, literally 5 steps away from Quattro Canti. Beautiful building, a lot of carefully selected decorations - a true labor of love. Really nice staff, always very helpful and kind. When we first arrived we got lost and left the car in a small street, some 5-7 minutes away - somebody from the hotel walked with us to retrieve the car and bring it to the hotel's garage. And it was pouring rain!!!

Review 120:Shower water temp changed and some of the bathroom needs a little updating, nothing major.

Review 121:Generally always excellent we have stayed here three times now and are always happy with the experience. Friendly staff.

Review 122:The piped music especially in the restaurant. Cockroach found in bathroom and dusty floor in corners of bedroom. Poor quality muesli and not especially nice coffee even in the expensive restaurant.

Review 123:Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to book transfers and find information for us.

Review 124:The hotel is well locatated and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very clean. The hotel is full of character. Breakfast was excellent!

Review 125:Nothing dissatisfied us.

Review 126:The location was in the Old part of the city with many sites and shopping and restaurants conviently located to the hotel. Staff spoke English and was very friendly.

Review 127:our room was above Street level. It was very noisy at night especially with fréquent ambulances. I had requested a room away from noise with air condition!

Review 128:The fact That it us located in the old, central part of Palermo. We did a Great deal if walking.

Review 129:We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much & would use it again. The on site covered parking is good, though a bit expensive, but access to the carpark is through a narrow road, so a small car is essential.
