Review 1：Bad image due to close balcony without upfront Web announce about it . All beauty are lost due to declared maintenance on all balconies in the hotel. Too warm without real posibilities to make so fresh air inside a room.

Review 3：The breakfast was quite ok with good products though poor variety and too expensive for the short variety. The room was extremely hot and we had to remove a metal rack on the floor to get to the heating regulator plus the heating was quite noisy. Price not according at all with the services and the hotel. Reception and breakfast room were in a different building so it wasn´t very comfortable. 20 euros per day for the dog is excessive. Anywhere else i was charge that much (usually it´s 5 euros).

Review 4：The Views to the lake. Clean and acceptable room with TV. Quite room. Tasty breakfast. Parking free. Nice and big playground for kids. Room with balcony. In summer you really can enjoy it.

Review 9：Simple rooms with a very small bathroom. The check in and out is at the cashier of the adjacent Landhaus Motor Restaurant. The so called Hotel looked abandoned on arrival. Rooms was fairly basic with far too soft beds. Windows to the balcony granting a picturesque view over the Mondsee haven't been cleaned for quite some time. Balcony has as well not been maintained for some time. Really overpriced for what you get.

Review 10：The best thing by far was the nice breakfast for € 12,90 per person. Broad variety and no issue to get some fresh ham and eggs etc. that you just need to address one of the polite waitresses.
