Review 1：Not the best mattress I have ever slept on and breakfast is just OK, but a great little spot and place and it does offer good value for the money.

Review 8：The rooms have been perfectly clean when we came, but during our stay (4 days) the room and facilities has not been cleaned. Wi-Fi connection was poor. Though, not worth complaining about - the stay was nice anyway.

Review 21：It is outside La Morra and Annunziata, so you need to drive also in the evening. No problem for us, but good to know.

Review 23：Friendly and homely hotel in a perfect location for touring wine estates. We had lovely evenings out on the balcony sipping local wines overlooking the picture perfect vineyards.

Review 24：A very nice little place to stay. La Morra and Barolo are just a few minutes by car. A new renovated old farm house with good materials, nice rooms, each one differently furnished.
