Review 1：Great location and view. The breakfast is veryy good . The hotel staff is very kind and even were very helpful about changing my reservation because I had a problem to go when was reserved. They were great!

Review 2：Great location to where we met friends to board a yacht for a week's journey. Fantastic value for the money, particularly when compared to some of the very expensive properties nearby. Polite and helpful staff who were eager to assist. The only somewhat negative comment is that the beds were not terribly comfortable, but I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others, particularly if you are looking for somewhere to overnight before embarking on a yacht or other excursion.

Review 7：Splendid location, very nice stuff (reception, bar, restaurant, pool, etc), cosy piano bar's atmosphere: every evening, 5 star's room condition & accesories, very clean, pool view-stunning, breakfast: multiples choises, complete menu: perfect!

Review 8：Restaurant served what amounts to wedding banquet food. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and air conditioning is wanting. Little air circulation in the room. Room 123 is billed as "sea view", but isn't really and balcony is very small. Architecture of the place could have been better thought out.

Review 10：Very low quality of the restaurant. Average breakfast. Only options for lunch was some salads and sandwiches in the poolbar. Dinner menu was very limited with strange dishes, highly overpriced, tasteless and a horrible experience. As there are no other restaurants in the area we had to take the car to Olbia to get a decent meal.

Review 13：The hotel is only 5 minutes drive to Spiaggia del Principe and Capriccioli, the most beautiful beaches in Costa Smeralda. Its a charming calm place and the rooms are perfect. The pool has a great view of the bay. The crew is very helpful and ready to give greats tips of the area. The restaurant is a great plus : great food and great ambiance.

Review 14：The helpless concierge you feel as you in prison with no transportation to take you out the she shuttle is once an hour and if in the morning we was waiting then the bus is full you have to wait an hour for the next Shettle then the nextshettle was overload with people as the chair take 4 we were 7
