Review 1：Rooms in need of renovation.

Review 2：Reception staff very friendly and offered a welcoming drink on arrival. Excellent location for airport bus (just metres from the bus stop) whilst being in town centre.

Review 4：Our room had great view over theatre and piazza Politeama and being just before Christmas it was very lively at night with carols and festivities. There was a small balcony to watch it all from. The room was spacious and clean although could do with new taps in bathroom. Staff very friendly and gave us complimentary drink on arrival.

Review 5：If you had kids needing naps or were a light sleeper, the front rooms might be too loud - but that's pretty typical for Palermo I think, not exactly a quiet city.

Review 6：Right in the heart of all the action in Palermo, could not be in a better location! Greeted with a treat on the bed, then a mimosa and biscotti - just what we needed after a long trip. Staff were wonderful, best breakfast we had there (not just sugary pastries like many other places). We had to leave super early in the morning and they boxed us up out breakfast and made us coffee to go :) Staff were multi-lingual which helped tremendously as we butchered out attempts at Italian... Safe secure building. Even though our windows on 3rd floor faced the Teatro Piazza, t was noisy only up until about midnight on Saturday but otherwise fine. Clean comfortable rooms.

Review 7：Great location - very easy to work to most attractions. Hop-On bus located a block away and the airport shuttle stops directly outside the hotel in addition to a number of buses. Breakfast was good - nice selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The view over the square was nice and the view early in the morning as the sun rises was very nice. The hotel is also close to the main bus station and the ferry terminal. Lot's of great restaurants within a 20 minute walk.

Review 8：The location is sensational, we arrived by ferry from Naples and it's just a short walk from the port. It overlooks the opera house and is walking distance from the main sites of Palermo and right next to the airport bus stop. The staff were exceptional; helpful and friendly.

Review 9：The first room I was checked into was terrible, it had a funny smell, the Sky TV box didn't work, one cupboard door didn't open, pillows terrible, shower so tiny you couldn't move and even then still managed to leak water everywhere, toilet placed so close to shower you sit on the toilet with feet in the shower. The second night I asked if there was another room avail and was upgraded to a junior suite which was much better. Also didn't like the fact that no restaurant in the hotel meant I was out walking the streets by myself late at night- bit uncomfortable Not a 4 star hotel

Review 12：A smart and efficient 4 star hotel very well-located facing the Politeama Theatre and right next to the stop for the airport bus. Staff were exemplary- friendly and helpful- and the buffet breakfast well up to 4 star standards.

Review 13：The staff are very helpful and speak English. The hotel is in a very good location. The airport shuttle bus leaves right outside every 30 minutes. The hop on. , hop off tourist sightseeing bus stop number one is a 100 metre walk across the road . The hotel sells tickets to the tourist bus at the reception desk. The breakfast had a very good variety of food. I would stay again . We had a third floor room with a view of the theatre

We stayed on a Saturday night when the theatre had an outside concert so we could listen from our room. No issues with aircon. Airport bus goes from right outside hotel which was really convenient.

Review 54：I feel like the decor is a little outdated but also that the rooms lack a full length mirror. We stayed on the first floor, after switching from the fourth, and liked the floors and the bathroom more. Also, there were no safe boxes in the room.

Review 55：I enjoyed my hotel stay. Giuseppe, at the front desk, was amazing and full of great information. Natale, the porter, was just as friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable in the most positive way. The breakfast was also an added bonus and I feel that this place is a plus when I come back to Sicily.

Close to restaurants, Hop on Hop off bus across the road, shopping all around you, taxi's easy to find at your doorstep, and we got a free orchestral concert in the Piazza on Sat night from our balcony which was superb! The rooms were well equipped and wifi good. Bathroom facilities were good, and we loved that they left us a welcome basket of fruit and biscuits at arrival. Very welcoming. Staff were very helpful with any questions and their lobby filled with lots of lounges and chairs was great after long days of walking and shopping.
