Review 1：Very poor internet connection, a lot of times we couldn't get connected to any site and simply had to postpone the whole thing. Problem with the shower hot water flow (shower water temperature kept changing from quite hot to quite cold, for no apparent reason).

Review 2：Located in a nice neighborhood outside city walls (about 35 minutes on foot to piazza Gramsci), it was a nice walk to city center. For those who do not like walking, the bus service.was pretty regular and the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Staff efficient.and helpful. Breakfast quite good.

Review 4：This hotel had a bus stop outside with a great bus service into the centre of town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great selection at breakfast. Parking was on site. Hotel was easy to find.

Review 5：During check out, I was informed at the reception, that my credit card had already been debited with the bed & breakfast amount (1 night stay), even though it is standard procedure to pay either cash or by credit card at the desk. My credit card had been pre-authorised (which I know is normal procedure), but was also debited without my prior explicit consent/approval.

Review 7：At the end for two small bottles of water (25 cents each) they charged us 5 euros! There is no tea/coffee facilities at rooms. The last bus coming back to the hotel leaves around 8:30pm from Siena centre and it is not possible to walk to hotel since there are highways in between, so we could n't enjoy our evening that much!

Review 16：Everything was perfect- the staff was very helpful, the room was great and the breakfast in the morning was extremely rich. The hotel's parking offers more than enough places and the wi-fi is at good level. We got a great reduced offer from booking and enjoyed a great night there. This is my second time at this hotel and will visit it again during my next spell in Siena.

Review 17：I think the hotel doesn't really meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. I'd rather give it 3 stars. Hence, in my opinion it's overpriced.

Review 18：The hotel is right next to a bus stop so it's very easy to get to the city centre and it takes not more than 15 minutes

Review 19：You have to pay for the wifi, even though it is like one euro a day perdevice you still have to go to the reception every time and ask for anew password. This is very stupid.Most of the staff were OK, but there was one man working at the reception who was very rude, not helpful at all, and generally unpleasant. He also barely spoke English and replied to everything with yes even when he didn't understand the question. Also it is really far from the center of Sienna, you have to walk for 30 minutes and climb a hill.

Review 43：Hair dryer in room was absolutely rubbish and unusable. Didn't like having to pay extra for wifi, it was the only hotel in several that we'd stayed in Italy that we stayed in that charged. A big minus was also that our room smelled of smoke. We should have complained and I'm sure if we had they would have done something about it but we were too tired.

We had hired a car for a few days which is why we picked this hotel as it has free parking and it would have been a bit inconvenient without a car. Review 89：We have been in this hotel some years ago. We chose it again because of large private parking and quiet residential area. The new owner of the hotel has completely refurbished the rooms. They are very nice, large and confortable, AC is perfect. The breakfast was excellent. Miss Annamaria at the reception was very friendly, she gave us a lot of information. Review 90：The hotel is amazing and very close to the old city. It's a 5 min drive. The hotel staff is amazing and the recommendation they gave us for the restaurants were excellent.

Review 91：The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful with directions. Theysold tickets for the bus which was very helpful and the bus stop wasright outside the hotel. Convenient if you don't want to stay rightin Siena. The price was very reasonable. But, the best part was eatingat the hotel the second night. We were in Siena the time of the horserace: the Palio and it was hard to find a place to eat because everyonewas so caught up in the horse race activities. Some of the streets wereblocked off and it was hard to navigate and after a day of walking andexploring we wanted so relax. So we came back to the hotel and atethere. A five star meal! My husband had the menu of the day and I hadthe veal cutlet. Everything was cooked to order and delicious!!

Review 94：I am so impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. I had ran out of my SD card space for my pictures. They offered me their personal PC to transfer my photos to my hard disk. She literally waited another 1 hour after her shift was over at 11pm. Thanks again.

Review 95：It is not a ten minute walk from the centre of Sienna, but a ten minute drive, being new you have to be informed that it is quite easy to park near the centre. Also there is a bus running from in front of the hotel. Hotel very impersonal, good business hotel.

Review 99：Can be hard to find. Drivers need to follow signs for hospital. Needed to use their laundry service as no laundrette nearby. Due to language barrier we ended up getting charged more than we expected. Unless to want to pay more than necessary dont use their laundry service.

Review 102：Pleasant and quite hotel located in nice neighborhood but to far from the centre of city. Hotel with many parking places. Very polite and helpful stuff at reception desk, special Mateo and Clarissa whom we thank a lot. Open to give you a lot of useful tourist information and help you about better accommodation at hotel. Many people in the city are speaking English and there like to help, especially drivers in bus public transport.

Review 105：Most wonderful, warm, welcoming and helpful staff ever! We arrived very early in the morning: tired and in need of some rest. They had a room and gave it to us immediately!! Location is great for driving as you can leave your car and take a taxi into central Sienna. Rooms are large, sparkling clean and quiet. Hotel has good parking and it is easy to take day driving trips to surrounding area. Food was good.

Review 106：If you are coming to this hotel, then it is not for its character. Thebenefits are free car parking and very competitive rate. So don't thinkyou will have a feeling that you are in a romantic city. I wouldrecommend it to those with a car. They can just drive in 5 mins to thefree car parking called Parceggio Fortress and then walk for another 5mins to the heart of Siena. Walking all the way to the city is notrecommended. Buses don't run in the night after 10pm and taxis areexpensive. In brief, if you have no car then go to a different hotel.
