Review 1：The breakfast conservatory was clean but the breakfast garden was scruffy, with the tables & chairs needed replacing. It was also plagued with flies. With a little effort it could have been delughtful and pretty.. .

Review 3：Staff not able to provide extra pillows (2 very flat ones on the bed). No pepper available for breakfast, which was very basic. And apparently it is again the law to put our ice blocks in their freezer although the restaurant next door was happy to ( great food and atmosphere here). To top it all they Forgot to give us our passports back when we checked out so we had to drive back for them and wasted 2 hours. Yes they were our responsibility too!

Review 5：Bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned particularly around the toilet bowl. A lady who seemed like the boss was always present and watching and micromanaging the staff it appeared that the staff were so nervous to make any mistake that it made us slightly uncomfortable.

Review 7：Transport from the hotel is not the easiest if you do not have a car, taxi prices are crazy (literally ridiculous). Furthermore there is not a lot of options for lunch and dinner except a local restaurant right next to the hotel (Bar Baretto) on one hand this is a very charming and genuine italian restaurant but in excess it gets quite monotonous.

Review 8：small and charming hotel with clean rooms and high standard considering it only has 3 stars. The location of the hotel is near one of the nicest residential areas and an optimal starting point for for visiting some of the nicest beaches of Costa Smeralda.

Review 37：Good hotel in an excellent location. The room was very clean with more than adequate facilities - we had a balcony / terrace with a sea view (the bathroom also had a sea view..!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking and easy access to local sandy beaches and considering its proximity to Porto Cervo it represented very good value for money. Good access to local restaurants with an especially good value one next door to the hotel
