Review 1：Cappuccinos, coffees and pastries (excluding merenda cakes) were really not up to the standard of the rest of the food. Our passports had not been returned to us not even when we paid the final bill... We eventually found them before departure in the box of a different room... Could not connect to free wireless no matter how hard or how early in the morning we tried...

Review 2：The food was excellent and plenty and the afternoon merenda a very pleasant surprise. Rooms were very comfortable and with nice balconies. Quiet and perfect for small children with a nice playground outside of the hotel. Some members of staff extremely kind and helpful.

Review 3：Since I had some business to attend to during my stay I need a good internet connection which I had to pay for due to the free one being too slow.

Review 5：Quality of cooked dinners sometimes mediocre but plentiful. Cannot buy a glass of wine with dinner, must buy a bottle which did not suit us, although you can keep the bottle for the next night.

Review 7：If you prefer being where all the action is, it would be easier staying in the town. The food was bountiful but rather homely. We would have preferred less but more gourmet. The walls seem very thin as we could always hear the people in the room next door, which is not great in the middle of the night.

Review 8：This hotel is homely and personal, with excellent friendly staff. It is in the perfect location if you prefer the Mottolino side of the mountain, which we did after skiing both sides. There is tons of food on offer, which is great for hungry teenagers!

Review 17：Internet conexion is so slow that most of times you can`t even load a single page. Besides, the password last only two hours and after that you have to ask another at reception. Another problem (only for spanish people) is that the kitchen close at 9pm, but this happens in all the town.

Review 18：The location and the food. Specially the dinners, they were amazing. The rooms are small (like any other mountain hotel) but it has a lot of wardrobes and drawers so you have enough space for all your clothes and ski equipment. I highly recommend this hotel.

Review 21：The hotel has a major hazard for anyone approaching their swimming pool. One member was injured as a result of this unmarked hazard. The worst part is the lack of acceptance of responsibility by the hotel for resulting expenses. Also, don't count on wifi! It may work for a few minutes on some days ... but mostly not at all.
