Review 1：Unfortunately there was a odour of stale smoke in our cabin - even though it was non-smoking cabin
Review 2：Quiet relaxing location with good accn and facilities. The chalet is perfect for young families.

Review 4：Spacious house. Lots of room. Very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful on the phone prior to arriving.
Review 5：All around the bungalow there was construction. Early in the morning they started hammering and sawing and trucks were driving around. Also it was very hot in the house when the sun was shining.

Review 9：- poor lightning or indication of the roads within the europarcs property - the parking in front of the restaurant/reception place was so stuffed, that you almost couldnt turn (also because it was really dark, at about 4 or 5pm...) - just 5 bedsheets, but 6 covers for 6 people - reception, there was none while arrival, therefore one had to check in at a overfilled restaurant that seemed to have a private party going on. - bad marking of the hut on the map so we ended up at someone else their house.

Review 11：We were off site most of the time, we were just using accommodation as a base. On the 2nd night the barriers would not let us through but we managed to get round the back. On our final night they had closed the gate at the top of the complex which meant we had to walk a very long way up and down hills. This left me struggling for breath and in very severe pain with my back, legs and hips for several days. No mention that the gates get closed at night nor that it is not suitable if you have mobility issues, on that ground I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation and will not return or recommend. Also we paid extra for beds to be made up on arrival which they weren't and we were tired on arrival after a long trip from the UK but had to start making the beds up I contacted the accommodation to raise the issue but they have not bothered to respond. Also be aware of the many add-ons which bumps up the price considerably so beware!!!!

Review 13：We had to sleep in the car the first night as they said they would leave the keys for us in the Restaurant......Well that was closed and it was horrible to sleep in car after a full day of traffic and four people! Never trust them they even tried to get me to pay in full and then one day they would pay me back. Eventually she fixed the booking and I paid the one day!
