Review 1：Donnalucata is great place to relax after intensive sight seeing. It is quiet and charming little town far from tourists. Casamare is located just at the outskirts of Donnalucata, right next to beatiful beach. Advantages: - 3 minustes by walk to beatiful sand beaches in Donnalucata, - great hosts (grazie Maria and Enzo!), taking care of their guests (we got sunbeds, umbrella, extra regional specialities for breakfast, they helped us with transportation and organised tours to local attractions), - fully equipped kitchen and common room for free time.
Review 2：There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but here are a few notes for other travellers. This place is a little hard to find and you will have to call the owner when you arrive so it would be best to have a phone. His English is limited, and we do not speak any Italian but we really didn't run into any issues. Anything that was important was translated on his iPad. One note about the washing machine: if you book the room with two single beds, you do not have direct access to the washing machine as it is accessed through other bedroom. We worked it out with the people that were staying in it so it was fine, but it is something to be aware of.
Review 3：The owner was extremely friendly, the beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. You get a little umbrella and chair set to bring to the beach (which is a few minutes walk) so you don't have to bring them along. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean bathrooms and delicious breakfast. The owners are really welcoming and we felt at home. This is a great place to stay and we only wish we could have stayed longer.
