Review 1：Hotel was good for a 1 night stay before flying out of Kansai Airport, there is also a free shuttle service to the airport. The value for money however is not just okay however.

Review 2：The bed was not comfortable as it was a little bit hard compared to other hotels.

Review 3：I liked the location as it was near a 24/7 store and near a train station, as well as the outlet stores. The toiletries were also good. I also liked that the hotel had a shuttle service from/to the airport.

Review 4：It is conveniece becuase it is closed to airport. Also, it provides shuttle bus beween hotel and airport! although we got the flight in the midnight and can't take the shuttle bus, we still have a chance to manage the flight problem in the airport.

Review 6：Staff were helpful. The room was comfortable and the location excellent for the airport. I was able to book a shuttle bus that took 15 minutes to take me to terminal 1. That took the stress out of the usual race to get to the airport. Family Mart shop on 2nd floor was helpful to get some snacks and drinks, think it was open 24 hours, I certainly shopped there late in the evening. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay although it was short. I would book this hotel again if I had a morning flight out of Kansai Airport and I was able to get a good deal on a room.

Review 7：The price was quite expensive for a single traveller and the room was quite basic but it had everything I needed

Review 8：The staff were very friendly and the hotel looked nice. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport which was easy to sign up to. The hotel supplied lots of goodies such as pyjamas and robes, tea, coffee, toothbrushes and razors.

Review 20：The hotel needs serious refurbishment, this is already planned we could see. The room size is excellent, so we hope this will be kept after modernisation. Due to the hot snacks sold in the family market there is a strong cooking oil smell on the first floor but this does not reach the rooms.

Review 21：The hotel is close to the airport which is comfortable if you have an early flight. It is right on the JR station as well so your entry from Osaka is easy, but it is far from the city.The hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport (10 min drive), you do need to pre book this at the reception. Breakfast was fine but for dinner the hotel restaurant is maybe a bit 'sad' for a last farewell dinner in Japan, knowing that there are so many brilliant choices in Osaka. The hotel has a Family Market. The windows can be opened which is nice for fresh air.

Review 22：A bed was excellent to sleep, not as hard as the typical japanese beds normally are. Food in the hotel restaurant was outstanding, the best possible, and service in general in the hotel first-class.

Review 24：The staff was really great, even if their English wasn't so good, they really tried their best to accommodate me. I like the convenience store on location, and the free bus that was available.

Review 25：Breakfast was really not very special. As Europeans at en airport hotel, our expectations were definitely higher. Eggs were unedible (scrambled), then there was toast and marmalade and cornflakes. I don't usually complain but this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Japan and by far the worst breakfast.

Review 32：Flights from Australia via KL land at 8am. You can't check in until at least 12pm. You are weary after flight. Be nice to check in at 10am but understandable for a busy hotel. Booked non smoking room and got a smoking room. Sprayed perfume through rhe curtains and the smell went after an hour or so.

Review 33：The rooms are big. Beds are super comfortable. Check in is a breeze. Great lication as only 5 mins from Osaka airport. 5 minute walk to train station. Local shopping malls with food courts and amazing ferris wheel ride for $7.50 AUD. Best ever food supermarket on 1st floor. Expensive hotel but great for a day or two upon landing to catch your breath. window opens out so you can have fresh air. It is in a business location close to airport so no sights close by.

Review 53：Clean and service. The bed is not clean. But the house keeper was doing the cleaning as soon as I called. The hotel didn't provide any cotton pad and sponge. There is a scale in the lobby, can't bring to the room. It's not very convenience to do the packaging.

The shuttle bus to and from the airport runs regularly and is free and the hotel is located right next to the train station. It is also within easy walking distance of the RinKu Outlet Shopping Mall if you need to eat or buy anything.

Review 64：i stay in double room with one extra bed. the room is spacious for me compare with other hotels i stay in japan. from jr station,it has bridge directly connect to the entrance of the hotel if u go to the right exit(i cannot remenber the number but i choose the wrong exit so i have to walk a bit far than it should be). futhermore, in front of the hotel it has two big supermarket u can buy snack and food with low price(i found that kit kat is cheaper than other places:)

Review 65：As other have mentioned, a little moment was required to find hotel from the train station (but not far and not long). Perhaps in directions, it would be helpful to add: take exit 5 of rinku town station and then walk across the walkway to a hotel entrance next to Lawsons and then go downstairs to reception.

Review 66：Shuttle bus to the airport was good. Also was handy to have Lawsons convenience store attached to the hotel. Room was spacious to put out two suitcases.

Review 69：I have booked 3 rooms for 1 night,we arrived the hotel at 1330 hr, the staff told us to come back at 1400 hr again because the check-in time is 1400 hr. We came back at 1420 hr, we got 3 rooms in 7th .10th and 11th floor, she said rooms were fully booked and can't arrange on the same floor, but I said we can wait for better arrangement, however, she said not possible to arrange 3 rooms on the same floor after 1/2 hr argument. Finally, we got 2 rooms on the same floor and 1 room on other floor. To my surprise, when we arrived our room floor , we found that there were plenty of rooms waiting for cleaning and tidy! We were so angry for this arrangement!

Review 88：The light in the room is too dim. What we dislike most is the electric kettle, it is actually not a kettle, but a metal cup size flask and put on top of an electric induction which only allows for water to be boiled cup by cup. Probably due to safety reason, the induction doesn't allow boiling of cups of water continuously.

Review 89：This hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle service. As we reached at 930pm and not in time to catch the JR Shinkansien to Shin-Osaka, we decided to stay a night here. The convenience saved us the hassle and we could catch a rest before we travel to Osaka the next day. A Family Mart is located within the hotel, hence also a convenience.

Review 99：Arriving at 1 a m I could either wait 50 mins for the hourly bus or grab a taxi. There was no taxi, the airport was a desert. Called the hotel to reserve a taxi, the told me they couldn't, but they gave me the number to call (by international call). Taxi costed around 30€. I chose that hotel to save, I ended up spending more than for one downtown. Then the room, very small, had a strong smell of smoke, I asked for a new room, they told me to use a anti smoke spray. didn t make much difference.

Review 100：Shuttle to/from the airport. Varied breakfast, pretty good. I would recommend the hotel to include the directions and timetables of the shuttle in their comments section. It was hard to guess it!!! (exit Terminal 1 on your left, and find the stop "S4" near)

Review 101：We used the hotel for staying one night between a flight from Ishigaki and our flight back home to Europe, and it is perfectly fine for that. The rooms are nice and spacey, bathroom is good, the view great. Connection to Osaka is very good, too, though the train ride takes its time, don't underestimate that. The last train back from Osaka is pretty early in the evening, be sure not to miss it.

Review 102：We live in Ikoma, and needed to connect with a 10 am flight to Europe. Staying at the hotel made that a simple short trip on the shuttle, instead of a 2 hour grueling start.

Review 122：I arrived at Kansai airport on a late flight, and a group of passengers were waiting with me for about 25 minutes for the 23:35 pm hotel shuttle. This is not so long to wait for the shuttle, but because it was late at night, everyone was a little tired. It could perhaps be an additional relaxing aspect if there could be a movie channel offered on TV.
