Review 1：I booked this hotel because it listed as having hot springs for guests but it turned out that the hot springs (onsen) were for men only, with no separate one(s) for women.

Review 2：Location is perfect - very near to the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Review 3：Excellent location - very close to the train station. Lots of places to eat around the area. Pretty nice public bath facility (but only available to male customers). Very reasonably priced.

Review 4：I enjoyed staying at this hotel since its location is very near at Kofu Station. It is like a 3 minute walk from Kofu station to your left side then 3 minute walk to the entrance of Kofu Castle. I asked them to let me stay to a room that has a view of Kofu castle and mt. fuji in case the sky is clear and they granted it. The aircon is old school but is works just fine and the fact that in Kofu you do not need any aircon since it is a cold place as it is in the Yamanashi Prefecture. The room is clean and organize. Very nice personnel. English is alright and converstational. The floor area of the hotel is good for Asian built only specially the beds and the toilet. If you have huge built you miight have a hard time in the loo/bathroom. They have free razor, tea and hairbrush. I did not encounter any hassle in the hotel and it is a great place to for a short stay when you are passing by Kofu to go to Fujinomiya area. The view from the 10th floor is nice and it will let you know immediately it Mt. Fuji's peak will show up.

Review 5：Small room. Tiny bathroom. Sufficient for overnight. No microwave (but Food Mart just around the corner as well as restaurants aroudn the station).

Review 6：No thrill business hotel. The location is unbeatable - great for overgnight next to railway station (<2 mins walking). Clean rooms. Smoking room (only available) did not smell much (better than I expected). Air-condition. Friendly professional staff. Good value for money. Recommended.

Review 11：This hotel will be uncomfortable for tall people, meaning the unit bath/toilet is at the absolute minimum size. Maybe ok for Japanese business men of a previous generation, but beware if you are six feet or over. The breakfast in the retro Izakaya attached to the hotel was adequate, but was better on the second day of our stay. Better to choose the Japanese food, as seems fitting a place like this.

Review 19：The AC was OK. I really like the room to be cool and it never got that cool. The comforter is kind of dated and odd feeling. Parking can be tricky and makes the hotel entrance a bit odd and messy.

Review 20：Right next to the train station and the castle. The location is placed just next to the train station and the castle. To be honest this was one of my favorite places on my 2 week long trip. I could have stayed in Kofu for a week. The hotel is nice. The location is perfect. The Wifi is provided via an in room adapter and once it is set up it works like a charm. You have to ask for it at the front desk.

Review 21：So there are things about this hotel that were nice but the Wifi in in room and you need to ask at the front desk for the personal hot spot thing. Then it's easy. The AC never really got cold or comfortable. The front area with all the cars makes you feel weird and the lobby and other areas are old and a little dirty. The elevators will close on you rather quick and that gets annoying as well. They will knock you around.
