Review 1：The stairs! Very steep and not that easy to negotiate! The alarm going off in my room all night was not that great - when mentioned in the morning (after little sleep) there was an 'oh dear,' response! Bill was increased as well before this was pointed out. Fan in toilets next to room was loud and took ages to turn off!

Review 3：Visited with a group of friends en route to UK from Germany. The staff couldn't do more to accommodate us, particularly as we had to make last minute alterations. Rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the strong wifi was very useful. Breakfast was excellent and served with a smile. I have been here several times and not been disappointed. All in my group thoroughly enjoyed the short stay which was excellent value for money. The town of Brunssum is only a 2 minute walk, so bars, restaurants and shops are on the doorstep.
Review 4：Was offered a room without windows in a basement. Looked more like a storage. Had to pay 10 euro more to upgrade to a room with windows. The staff was nice, but the place was very poor for the money paid.

Review 7：The staff people a nice. Everything's clean. Food is good. Free WiFi is perfect. Price is low! Ideal for modest people. Overall - I recommend!
Review 8：The Dog is annoying, not violent but hyper. Tries to jump on you or tries to play games when you are trying to read outside. It didn't ruin the stay for me though, the good qualities over powered that ONE thing. If you are an animal lover you won't mind too much.
Review 9：I think the staff is a kind hearted staff and working facilities. The breakfast was is good but lacks variety(saves money). Its served every morning, best suited for a short stay. Definitely worth the dollar and I will come back.

Review 12：Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice. Strong wifi, was also a useful facility on offer at no charge. Some rooms have a balcony as ours did, this added a nice touch to the room.
