Review 1：Bed was hard, pillows were of a poor quality, staff were unhelpful, bathing cap requirement in all pools, construction noise, the loud noise of fireworks at night and water aerobics music in the morning.

Review 4：Lovely staff, fantastic thermal pool, wonderful Aqua Zumba instructor, amazing views from the terrace of the Mediterranean sparkling in the sun, or of the spectacular sunsets. Excellent food - especially the fish.

Review 5：It was not clear that our booking was in a villa completely outside of the complex, over a busy road, and further away from the beach. It was totally unacceptable and the only way we could stay inside the resort was by paying an additional 104 euros. The breakfast room service was chaotic but the actual breakfast was good.

Review 6：The reception staff were always helpful, sun beds were always readily available and the lower pool was very peaceful with fantastic views. The hotel restaurant Oasis was lovely and very good value for money. The local beach was also very nice.

Review 10：The hotel has plenty of facilities and pools, mini bus to pick you from Poseidon. Good breakfast compared to other hotels where you can seat outside enjoying the view. The staff is multi-lingual and helpful. Very helpful staff.

Review 11：The waiters in the hotel restuarant during dinner were treatingdifferent people in a different manner it seemed and having a family ofmixed race that was not always a pleasant experience. After a smallremark from our side they changed behavior but we did not expect to findthis especially during our second stay here.

Review 13：Service not great (This may be due to the language barrier - the hotel caters for german tourists). We booked a comfort room with sea views - this is directly underneath the Oasis restaurant and is extremely noisy if there is a function on in the evenings which there is frequently.

Review 17：Great place with the sea view right from the balcony excellent spa area European breakfests. The only thing I didn't like was that our apartment wasn't exactly in a hotel but on the other side of the street. Still cool tho!

Review 18：Extremely slow Wi-Fi: sometimes it was impossible to use; when I asked staff, they hold that it was too many guests which used internet at the same time. But this hotel has 4 stars and good internet is one of MUST HAVE... Also it was very dirty swimming-pools there.

Review 20：The information desk and reception was uninformed, we got 5 different versions in terms of ferry times from Ischia to Capri. Our hotel shuttle was late, resulting in us missing our ferry. The shuttle driver bluntly refused to take us to the next port to get the ferry there, it was only a ten minute drive which we then had to do by taxi. Plastic cups in the rooms are unsatisfactory for a 4 star hotel. They should indicate that there are lots of steps at their hotel.

Review 40：1) Room provided was not part of the Resort grounds. It was up, across the street and up an ally. Far from what I expected. I felt completly excluded from the Spa & resort. It was a real hastle to get to the sauna and hot pools due to having to go back and forth between room and resort. If I were looking for quiet and a long walk to get anywhere, this would be it. In one word: DISAPPOINTED! 2) Breakfast was ok. Nothing impressive at all. Mostly breads. Very limited fruit and juice. 3) Parking was very limited and difficult.

Obviously the whole island ismore geared up for German tourists but we had no trouble incommunicating. The sea view room was beautifully located and the roomcleaning was efficient. The room, bathroom and hotel in general werenicely warmed by thermal heat.
