Review 1：Wifi didn't work...got multiple answers before told their contract expired and they were 'negotiating' new service. Not a lot of concern from the staff over the lack of functional wifi.

Review 7：The staff were very polite and helpful, including shifting us to a room with a better view. The location is a wonderful for golfers and nature lovers, worth the 25 km drive from Maastricht. Wifi was great and we were pleasantly surprised to find many English speaking channels on TV. All in all a very relaxing experience. Breakfast spread was good.

Review 8：The status of the furniture, the cleanness of the carpets. Every-time I stay I get a room with a broken dishwasher. Television are old and not HD, cannot connect my PC to it and watch a movie in HD. Normally 50% of the bulb lights are not working. In principle it looks old.

Review 12：The advertised WiFi was very unreliable. Browsing the internet absolutely impossible, checking emails took for (literally) hours! The staff got some beating about it from all the guests and forwarded the issue to their internet provider, but no resolution over 3 days! That is unacceptable for business travelers with the NEED to go online in the evenings.

Review 23：Big room which was actually a small apartment (big living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). The facilities are not the newest, but are still ok. It's really close to JFC.

Review 24：I would rather have a smaller but more modern room/apartment. There is a dishwasher provided which is nice but has an 'out of order' sign in it. I did not do any cooking during my stay but if a facility advertises a capability I like to see it operational. Same applies to the extractor fan. Although pretty, the location is nothing special unless you are a golfer or have business nearby.

Review 25：The room (flat actually) was huge and clean. There is a sleeping room, a kitchen/dining area and a living area that helps you relax after a busy day at work. There is a big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. There is a big kitchen with cooking facilities but you need to bring your own cutlery as there is nothing provided except a tea-pot and a kettle. The area where the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The views over the golf course are very nice and the hotel has a nice bar/restaurant. The reception and restaurant staff are also very professional and helpful.

Review 27：Food, Value for money, staff. We used the hotel as a base for Belgian GP (late booking so quite a distance). Despite the distance to circuit would do it again and might even return for the golf!

Review 28：A large spider running over my foot in the kitchen. Medication left on the bench, was not there after our room was serviced. A bowl I took along was cracked after it had been washed by the cleaners. Bedroom lights did not work. The guy at reception was more interested in playing on his cell, when we checked in we spoke English, he talked in Dutch. Then he said I have just said in Dutch, Lady & Gentleman. He could speak perfect English. Dishwasher could not be used. The cupboards were bare, we had to ask for plates, cutlery etc.

Review 30：It's not that we didn't like it we just noticed that the facility could use a bit of an update.

Review 31：The location is perfect for visiting the Brunssum, Kerkrade, and surrounding areas. You are also just a stone throw from Geilenkirchen and Gangelt Germany which is quite nice. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast bar was well supplied. Not to mention the fresh squeezed orange juice.

Review 77：I was booked into the wrong room; the staff wouldn't fix it until I was able to produce the print out from "booking.com." When I checked out at 0745, I was overcharged nearly 300 Euro, but there is no night staff (just the night watchman). I had to wait until the dayshift staff arrived, and then figure out why the errant bill. Other travelers in my group had similar problems at checkout. The hotel is nice enough, but the furnishings belong in a hostel. There wasn't any cutlery, china, or cookware (save 2 beers glasses, 2 tea cups, and 2 water cups).

Room (we had a suite) was very large - a seperate bedroom, bathroom, wc, entrance hall together with a large Kitchen, dining room, and living room. This size of room did not cost a fortune either. Food was excellent too.
