Review 1：Old facilities, soft pillows. Water kettle earlier put in the toilet -not hygiene. Not much of electrical wall sockets to be used especially for kettle or ironing.

Review 3：the fact that I needed to pay for the swimming pool when i booked this hotel specifically for this...the only explanation I got was that it was since this year, payment to access the pool was needed. knowing that the water did not look really clean also did not really motivate me to enter it despite the hot weather.

Review 5：The basin in my bathroom was filthy and it took two requests for them to take of the problem. A stained carpet in your room does nnot to your confidence of how well maintained the hotel and your room is kept. Also, if you don't want their buffet breakfast, good luck trying to find someplace for a simple breakfast. I found a Starbucks about a ten minute walk from the hotel along a cherry tree lane next to a lake.

Review 7：Towels too thin but this is typical with almost all Korean hotels. Bath tub a little old judging from rusted water drainage outlet, but clean.

Review 20：The hotel room had a magnificant view to the lake. Small resturants are close by and it is a good starting point for the visit of the main tourist attractions of Gyeongju

Review 21：Far from Gyeongju city center. Needs a 10 minute cab ride (10,000 Won) or bus to get to restaurants and all cultural activities. Hotel felt old and worn. They charged for using more than one water bottle a day, even though we were two staying. Staff was rude with my wife. Breakfast buffet overpriced (19,000 Won) and average quality (watermelon was the only fresh fruit, the rest was canned) Dinner buffet was overpriced and we did not try it.

Review 22：Close to Bomun Lake and other resort hotels. Easy access to other hotels for meals. Go to Hilton for the Japanese food, and Daemyung for breakfast (Starbucks) and Korean BBQ dinner in a clean and nice environment. Pool (Although not very clean) There is a museum/art gallery just next door worth seeing. The Teddy bear museum if you have kids is about 15 mins walk. There are a lot of temples to see and i would recommend taking the tour bus.

Review 23：Sauna/ spa facities is very poor & not including to the room fee. Swiming pool during summer time was emty. Wi-fi internet is missing. Bath room door was very oldest. It should be removed. Very dusty inside of the room. Mini bar and breakfast not including to the room charge.
