Review 1：Just a remark: we had a room on the second floor without lift and the staircase was not so comfortable, it was a bit difficult to carry luggage tith a small child with some narrow steps..if we come again we will ask a room on a lower floor. Maybe a small chair will be a good help inside the bathroom. Good restaurant with tasty typical courses, just a suggestion: some simple course for small children (no sauces) would be great.

Review 2：We spent only one night but we had a great time. Our daughter received a nice welcome gift, our family room was clean and wide and seemed to be newly built. Good position, quiet and just 10 minutes by car from Villach and Velden. Angelika was extremely friendly.

Review 4：Very nice Hotel in quiet location. Near the point that we were interested in. Perfect hotel for families with children. Very nice terrace, garden, courtyard, etc... All very nice! Parking very big! Breakfast super!! Kind hospitality and spoke many languages! Thank you!

Review 5：Breakfast was quite a delusion and the restaurant menù was a bit too "osterische". The stuff, apart the headwaiter, do not speak neither english nor italian.

Review 6：Very good and in a quiet position, close to the wood to hike around, with lots of outdoor toys for children, only 2' by car from a beautiful lake beach. The place is supervised by a very skilled ed efficient headwaiter.

Review 11：Too many flies al over the food, on breakfast`s food, everywhere in thehotel and they are do nothing to stop them. Near "familienhotel" is ahorse riding school and I think that the flies came from there. Andtheir attitude for people who are not speaking german can be morefriendly. The host was amabile, but so cold with us in attitude,probably because we are Romanians...... I don`t know :(( . Probably wepaid much than the other guests, which, because were austriacs orgermans, received friendly attention from our hosts and lower prices. Isaid that because we had to pay a suplimentary bed for our kid ( 1, not2 or 3) , and all the other families had more than 2 kids and I thinkthat they didn`t pay for every suplimentary bed .
