Review 2：Everything! The staff were so helpful, the facilities were comfortable and conveniently located. I will definitely try to stay at here next time I am in Kofu. thank you for making my stay in KOFU a wonderful experience for my family.

Review 3：Room was about 30 degrees because the air-con was turned off property-wide, and staff told us they could do nothing but we could open our window - which didn't work, because there was all-night construction (literally, at 2 am, they started drilling through concrete) happening directly outside. A long, sleepless, and distinctly unhappy night for us.
