Review 1：Not many options for dining, so we ended up going to Rinku-town which was only 5 mins ride on JR line and had a pleasant dinner there.

Review 2：It is a perfect hotel for an early flight...just accros Terminal 1. We booked business room for 4. The room came with 4 single beds and very spacious. They gave a lot amenities and filled up the whole refrigetator with many beverages including beers and all free.

Review 3：The facilities are fantastic and is a great way to start your trip when you fly in at 1:00am. After waiting for over an hour in immigration it was lovely to take a short walk into the hotel from the airport to relax before heading into town on the train. Facilities are fantastic, staff are professional and very accommodating. You cannot even hear the planes from the airport.

Review 8：Great hotel if you are arriving late or going off late. We used this as a base to fly in and out because we arrived late and flew out in the wee morning. The rooms are great especially the family room for quart share. Also staff are friendly and thoughtful.

Review 33：The room was large and we felt comfortable from the second we walked in. Nice view at night of Osaka Airport, despite being next to an airport, the rooms are extremely quiet! Best nights sleep I have had in a long time, beds were comfortable and spacious. Also, very impressive bathroom amenities. Obviously the airport is basically connected to the hotel, heaps of options for dining out and made our 7am flight a little more bearable. Staff were polite and service was outstanding.

Review 58：I would put this hotel into a category I call 'professional hotels'. It's not unique, but it does have high standards that you expect from a modern hotel. It's greatest selling feature is the short distance to the terminal either before or after a flight. I have always flown into Kansai with the greatest sense of comfort knowing this hotel exists.

Delicious fresh food in the Japanese restaurant for dinner as well as the breakfast before the second long haul flight to Europe. This was our second stay- will do a day stay on the way back. It seems like they got rid of all the front desk people who spoke English The hallways to your room are very long. It seems like they should have two elevators to reduce the lengthy walk to your room
