Review 1：The house is somewhat dingy, typical of older style Korean minbak, but not renovated or restored like some antique courtyard houses. The washing facilities are shared and basic. This style of accommodation is not for all travelers. Also, in the off season this type of accommodation is often less expensive than this. Since the owner does not speak English, it would help guests to know some Korean. There is an medium large dog which I found somewhat annoying.
Review 2：This is an intimate courtyard house experience, with the positive and negative things that go with that. The owner is a classical musician and enjoys meeting and socializing with guests. If you are interested in local music and art scenes, this would be a great place to stay. He invited me and other guests to join him and his friend, a farmer and puppeteer, for homemade makgolli (traditional rice wine) his friend the farmer made. It was very enjoyable.
Review 3：Its might not able to get hot water in early early morning.
Review 4：The atmosphere between the host and the guest are very good. Host is very friendly and kind of like a music buddies gathered together and shared the same interest kind of place. Haru - the dog is fantastic! able to experience traditional Korean houses layout.
