Review 1：Seemed like I had to negotiate for everything. I got the impression we ranked lower than some other guests at times.

Review 2：Hotel itself had lots of alpine charm and very nice ski lodge atmosphere.

Review 3：The room we were assigned to had a stale cigarette smoke smell but they were quite accommodating with an immediate room change. I guess we got one of the dingier looking rooms, sadly so it made us wanting to stay out for as long as we could.

Review 5：Waiter removig food while we ware still eating breakfast. We waited more than 15 minutes around uncleaned table at lunch time and no waiter take care about us or offer us a menu.

Review 12：We have booked the hotel with wellness according to booking descriptionsbut later found out that this hotel does not have wellness whatsoeverand all they do is recommend you to the Livigno pool (which was closedanyway). This is a cheap trick and booking should do somethingthis...sad...very sad!
