Review 1：Not a bad point but I would perhaps have liked a kettle in the room for the option of a cup of tea or other hot drink, also in the deluxe room there was only two plug sockets and the shower was a bit small as every time you moved you would turn the temperature gage up or down, and that the hotel leads out onto a main road with no pavement wasn't ideal but that's more to do with our choice

Review 2：The staff we're so welcoming and the first thing they did was a pour us a glass of ice cold water which was amazing in the Italian heat! Every day we would ask them to book a taxi from the hotel and a return and they made it feel like it was no problem at all, we paid for the deluxe room which was worth every penny because the view was breathtaking! The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of choice and fresh produce, I'm stunned this hotel is only a three star! Myself and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay and the hotel even out on a packed lunch for us because our flight home was early in the morning

Review 3：We booked a 4 person room but they insisted we were wrong and gave us a 2 person room. I even showed them the email from booking.com showing 4 people but they still insisted I was wrong. We were not given cots for our children. Also, the air conditioner in our room did not work and it was 90 degrees so my baby was too uncomfortable to nap. Lastly, the front desk worker insulted my husband because of the type of wine he purchased! Really awful customer service. We left a night early and they would not give us any sort of refund.

Review 4：The grounds are cool. We liked the pool, playground, and terraces.

Review 5：The swimming pool is way too small for the amount that guests that are staying there. The parking place is also too small and sometimes it means trouble to get out of your parking lot. The wifi did not work too well anywhere in the hotel area. We had lots of ants in our flat which the reception couldn't do anything about. Our biggest trouble though, was that we had no AC. Of course we had noticed that when we made the booking, but it said that it should have fans (which we then thought would be enough). There was ONE floor fan in a three room apartment. It was way to little and we had more or less horrible nights trying to sleep without AC.

Review 6：We loved this place (in spite of the details mentioned below)! The view from the hotel is amazing the facilities in the compound too. We played lots of ping pong and spent hours in the pool area. By the pool they had a smaller fridge and freezer where you could get drinks and ice cream for a symbolic amount, that was appreciated. We could definitely stay here again, mostly because of a wonderful view and a nice compound. It was very much worth it's price!

Review 7：Wifi didn't work in bedroom. Fridge wasn't functioning. Bring towels if staying in apartment, otherwise €2.50 per towel.

Review 10：Absolutely fantastic stay with magnificent views of Lake Garda. The staff went out of there way to help and nothing was ever a problem, with one staying a little late so we could get hot drinks. Could not recommend this hotel enough already planning our trip back to Lake Garda and one reason is this hotel.

Review 29：if you want to have shower at the end of the day... forget it! no water pressure . the answer was" i don`t know" i call my boss ,he will call the owner. if you want to lock the door at night... impossible! you have to be very tall to use the toilets. it's 20 cm. higher than normal. we received 19 euro back and paid 190 euro over priced for this "hotel". the worst place we have been in Garda Lake!

Review 35：The access from the main road is very dangerous! The parking is verydangerous and on a steep slope. The room was not up to the standardexpected at this price, in fact far from it. Furniture scuffed. Air conleaking and this has been like this for some considerable time. Bathroompoorly designed. Basin plug did not work The attitude of the staff whenchallenged regarding the cost v quality aspect was very poor anddefensive. This hotel cannot be recommended at this price and isdefinitely not 3 star.

Review 37：The parking while free was very difficult to use. It is located on a small strip of property with an extream up hill grade and you almost have to back out the way you drove in which was an exit from a fairly main mountain road with a good bit of traffic and poor visibility making it very difficult and hazzardus.

Review 42：There was a strange smell in the living room, asking for it we were told it is the wodden floor. The heating is air-heating and not through radiators (it is a summer hotel). The shower head was in very bad condition. German TV channels were not working.
