Review 1：we found the public transport slightly expensive (no fault of the hotel)

Review 2：the staff were great, friendly, accommodating (definitely knew we were far from London)

Review 3：I liked everything, just two things worth to mention: First, the hotel is located 200 (or so) meters out of the city border, however the connection with the city centre is quite good - there're 3 bus lines. These lines are operated by Connexxion, and they doesn't honour GVB daily-tickets, so you'd better buy and top-up OV chipcard (costs 7,50€), or buy the tickets from the driver (5€ for two-way ticket). And second, the room on the ground floor could be chilly for someone who prefers warm air at night. So either request the upper floor, or ask personnel for some heating fan, I'm sure they can help with smth.

Review 4：Stayed in the hotel for one night. And have to say, I just enjoyed it. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The room had quite modern look. There was caffe/tea-maker machine and a big SmartTV as well. Bed was very comfortable and there were different type of pillows (something you expect to find in 4+ star hotels). But the best thing was the breakfast. It was just Delicious!

Review 5：The parking arrangements are that you must find your own space on the side of a busy road. I was really lucky and found a pace right in front of the hotel, but if I had missed that one I could have been a long way away. This needs to be made much clearer in the description! Despite having a restaurant area and a kitchen, there's no food available other than breakfast. There are a few snack / grill bars locally that have to do unless you want to have a long walk or take a taxi.

Review 6：The room, whilst quite small, was well designed and comfortable and really had everything I wanted. The bathroom too was small, but well designed and had a really good shower. The breakfast, whilst tasty, was quite limited in variety.

Review 7：No parking facilities yet. The noise of the slamming doors of other rooms early in the morning was a bit annoying.

Review 9：Staff desperately need training - had no idea of local amenities. Located in a very quiet residential area with no restaurants and hotel did not have its own restaurant which was very difficult on a Sunday evening. Staff were NO help in advising on local restaurants. NO PARKING despite listing parking facilities. Very limited on street parking. We had to park 10 mins walk away in a rain storm with our suitcases.

Review 10：Newish hotel - still being built (no noise when we were there) so may improve. Good breakfast, cooked to order. Good bed and large bathroom. Buses and trams convenient into Amsterdam central.

Review 11：There is a bus station next to the hotel going to the center. Bus lines 170, 172,174. Although daily/weekly tickets from GVB are not accepted, because it'operated by different company. Price for one way is 5 euro and you pay on the bus. The tram station using GVB tickets is about 15min walk (Kronenburg)

Review 13：The location would not be optimal for anyone who is in for sightseeing as the location is kind of in the middle of a residential area. While I was on my business (which was nearby) the location served me well, but during my one and a half day of some tourist mode it was slightly inconvenient.

Review 14：24/7 reception proved useful, and the modern furnishing style made the hotel feel pristine. But most of all, most of all, I loved the espresso maker in my closet with virtually infinite supply of caffeine.
