Review 1：A room for 4 people had to share a bathroom without a shower.

Review 2：Beautiful countryside. Very friendly host, Andrea had a well equipped house and we were able to prepare delicious meals. He was very accessible for ideas and help about the area.

Review 9：Having spent two nights in Montecaprili was the highlight of my trip to Tuscany. It's the chance you have to feel in your own farm house with the charm and rusticity of the countryside, but with absolute comfort of a good hotel room. I was in Lecci apartment, which is huge and has excellent installations. Extremely comfortable bed, great bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is no room service, but you will find a basket with some breakfast items and the fridge with juice, milk, butter and jellies, as well as Nespresso capsules. It was great to shop for local products at Montalcino and enjoy them in the garden table, or even at the huge wooden table in the kitchen. The garden is wonderful and the beautiful and very well-kept pool, treated without chlorine, makes it worth swimming in sunny days. Lisa and Andrea were extremely kind and helped me to schedule visits to vineyards and restaurants. Wifi working perfectly. A place to feel at peace, being only 15 minutes from the city. The only problem was having to leave. Would definitively come back.

Review 12：Beautiful views from the hilltop outside of Castelnuovo del'Abbate, near Montalcino. Really fantastic old stone farmhouse, with five well furnished, spacious and really charming apartments. We really enjoyed our stay, loving both the location, style and rustic decor. We did not use the pool because we were too busy drinking brunello in the few days we had, but it looked nice and clean. In general the property is very well kept. The host - Andrea - is fun, helpful and pleasant. Wifi works very well - not to be taken for granted in Italy. Word of caution - the property is high up on a hill and the drive uphill is steep, on unpaved roads. Takes a bit of getting used to. Also - parking is quite a distance from the house - and you have to walk uphill to get back. I would say that unless you are in great shape it will leave you a bit winded :) Definitely not for persons with limited mobility.

Review 13：What is there not to like about this piece of heaven on earth? I would really have to split hairs here: the Wifi was weak and spotty, and the tiles around the pool got too hot to walk on during the day. There, thats it ;-)

Review 16：Andrea, the owner, is absolutely lovely. I came with three other friends last month and we had an amazing time. He invited us to a lovely dinner with a group of wild boar hunters and it turned into one of the best nights in italy. A true gem of a person and the villa itself is stunning.

Review 17：The WiFi is really weak - but in the end, I'm not totally sure if this was a bad thing. No connection to the outside world was an unexpected gift.

Review 18：This was a dream experience! For anyone looking to get away from it all, this is it. The property is simply gorgeous and complete with everything you can possibly ask for. Andrea (the host) was fantastico. He greeted us upon arrival and truly made us feel like we were at home. He even stocked the kitchen with basic food items to get us through the first day of our stay. He also provided us with a list of amazing places to eat, drink and be merry. We plan to visit Montalcino many times over - and this is the place we'll call home during our stay.

Review 19：No shower curtains, so we were flooding the bathroom. We had some issues to operate the fireplace, but it was mostly our fault.

Review 20：Huge apartment with nice classic furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, very nice location for relaxing, biking and hiking. Owners try to take care of all details: for example they provide the wood to use the fireplace.

Review 22：The welcome and the service - Andrée is exceptional. The apartment was extremely well equipped and clean. The pool is placed to catch the last rays of the dy's sun. The surrounding area is fabulous; great vineyards, Sienna and the beaches are an hour's drive.
