Review 1：Our allocated rooms were very small, but at least we had a balcony. The pillows were pretty hard. The hairdryers installed in the rooms were weak and it would be better to bring your own if this is important.

Review 2：The hotel has a great location, near the centre of town, next to the ski slopes and very close to the ski lifts. Rooms were comfortable and clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms early in the day, right after breakfast. Most of the restaurant staff were quite friendly, despite working long hours. Breakfast was good - a reasonable selection of bread, cold cuts, croissants, as well as hot breakfast on request. Fresh coffee / cappuccino were always available in the mornings. We liked the pool / spa area.
