Review 1：The bathroom could do with a bit of work, the sink tap barely worked!

Review 3：It is pretty far away from Kep city centre. We booked this place because it is the closest to the Vietnamese border that we have crossed to go to Phu Quock (with tuk tuk it takes less than 1 hour)

Review 8：Comfortable bed. Value for money. The owner was very nice. We had a room that was filled with weird black flying bugs (they looked like ants with wings) so he immediately swapped the room for us and gave us an amazing discount. The guesthouse is a very cosy place to hang out / they have hammocks and cool lounges to chill out at. Free wifi. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff. Cute onsite dog.
