Review 1：the first room we were allocated was not that clean and had sustained some minor damage. Management were very good and moved us to another room that had no such issues. The furnishings are getting tied and need replacing

Review 10：From the word go did not like the Manager's attitude. Other staff were lovely, especially the owner's daughter and son. My husband felt exactly the same way so will not be in a hurry to return there. Shame as everyone else we met in Kalgoorlie was absolutely lovely.

I had an elderly lady with me who had problems walking up the stairs and we was booked in for 5 adults when there was 3 adults and 2 children between the ages of 5 and 12. I didn't even think to change or ask to change room, I felt shame to ask to be changed to another room.

Review 31：Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and made me feel like i was at home.

Review 32：The wireless Internet needs to be made easier to access. I had to ring the after hours desk to get assistance and it cut out relatively quick. Simple to fix as this is important for many travellers.

Review 73：Parking little bit far from room. Swimming pool on the other side of the reception. Pool is too close with guest rooms so we have to tell our two 3 year old twins not being loud. Reception has no tourist information booklet except for postcards or brochure advertised by tours.

The password ame up as incorrect and the actual name of the wifi didn't correspond with the information provided next to the modem. I was very pleased with our stay though and hope my constructive criticism will be viewed as just that!

Also with little matters like finding fresh milk or newspapers or pool towels saving me packing the children into the car to source them outside. They also had free Dvds at reception which the children loved. They loved the pool and our room was right next to it so It was very convenient for quick and long swims

Review 87：The stairs were a bit of a problem as I have "worn-out" knees. A rubber mat in the shower recess would also have been good.

The carpet was not vacuumed in the 5 days we were there. Also the pool and bbq were dirty, the outdoor setting was in poor condition; not a very inviting area at all. Could not get Wifi connection.

Review 98：We were 4 sisters who travelled to Kalgoorlie on the Prospector for a mini holiday. We stayed at the Yelverton for 3 nights in a 2 story townhouse. The living area was downstairs and the 2 bedrooms and bathroom where located upstairs. The kitchen was very cleaned and well equipped. There was ample lounge chairs so that we could spread out while watching TV. There was even a private courtyard, but we didn't use it. The bedrooms where large and the main one had a walk in robe. The beds where of good quality. The bathroom was clean and had the usual toiletries. Our unit was not cleaned on the 2nd day (it was missed by mistake), and as we needed fresh towels, I informed reception, who immediately brought them to us. They serviced our unit while we were out in the afternoon, even though the cleaners had already left for the day. On our 3rd day we used the oven, which began to smoke and smelt terrible. Again reception sent someone straight away and we discovered that the previous guests had burnt pizza boxes in the oven, but the situation was resolved. On our day of departure, we stored our luggage while exploring more of the town while waiting for our 3pm train. The hotel organised a taxi for us. At the station we discovered one of our bags were missing and rang the hotel, who organised for the taxi driver to drop off the bag to us. We had left it in the taxi. Throughout our stay everything that we requested was done for us with a friendly smile. I will recommend this hotel. It is close to the main street and convenient to the local shops and many eateries.
