Reviews for Jardaneh Hotel
Review 1:There is no parking available. We booked for 8 people and were asked if 2 apartments with a total of 7 beds would do. Really? What were they thinking? The place stinks of Cigarette smoke.
Review 2:We got smaller room at the same price we paid last time. My guess is that, the first time I got a special offer for the big room. There was a blackout in the morning for approximately 20 minutes. The wifi this time was unstable sometimes was okay sometimes I couldn't connect. But this speed was overall impressive.
Review 3:Overall everything was alright. I didn't have any complain and this was my second time at this hotel. It's a budget hotel and located close to shops and restaurants unlike other big five-star hotels where you need to walk a long distance to get to city center or restaurant.
Review 4:No free breakfast Location not easy to find but it close to the beach and city center
Review 5:staff verg nice and kindly Cleaning and comfortable 24hr hot water Free wifi and wifi is strong
Review 6:Nothing big problem. Small kettle is only for one cup,so we had to boil water 4 times for 4 person. These are small thing though....The restaurant which reception staff recommended me was expensive. I found the different reasonable restaurant by myself. When I asked the staff about the crossing boarder, he was not enough kind to make inquiry to border by phone. Some other hotels are so helpful to try to find those information for foreign people. Back of outside of building is messy with garbage of the next building.
Review 7:you can walk to city center. spacious and comfortable rooms with small kitchen(only for tea but having also sink)separately with other rooms, was nice. Bathroom has soap and shampoo. Each person can have one bath towel and face towel. Toilet is clean and nice. Good air conditioner. Cleaning staff are ready to help.
Review 8:The lobby WREAKS of cigarettes The rooms are NOT soundproof and you hear people in the street until 2 am. No breakfast. No WIFI in rooms, only option is to take 2 years off of your life and sit in the hot-boxed lobby.
Review 9:Clean Good Location Concierge was helpful
Review 10:Noisy music shop under our first room played loud music until late, wifi reception in room very weak, TV receiver didn't work
Review 11:Convenient location, nicely furnished rooms, helpful staff who moved us to a better room
Review 12:Even at 50 jd a night, I feel it was worth the money. Plus the front desk refused originally to let us check in because my younger cousin did not have her ID
Review 13:It was clean and close to the markets
Review 14:Great location, friendly staff, nice room.
Review 15:The location. Getting there was a piece of a puzzle.
Review 16:It was quiet and lots of shopping options nearby.
Review 17:very bad hotel ,cleanliness,bad smell,bad staff,bad location I don't recommend for anyone
Review 18:No room service No breakfast
Review 19:Free high speed wifi Quietness Located near stores and restaurants
Review 20:Location was a bit far from the centre of Aqaba.
Review 21:Great value for money. A really luxurious hotel with cheap prices!
Review 22:facilities are limited.
Review 23:Close to market and down town shops
Review 24:Only window to outside was tiny one in bathroom.
Review 25:BAD Hotel I found Cockroaches in the room No water in the bathroom and also electricity disconnected. Bad customer service. they do not respond to the phone. i wish that i didn't do my go in this trip we couldn't sleep at night and my family and kids fear from
Review 26:nothing good
Review 27:To improve: they use very strange and very strong odor in rooms( maybe it's a smell of cleaning liquids). More electricity plugs; More ( at least one) English speaking TV Chanel. Except this, everything was just fine! Tnx, Eugene
Review 28:To preserve: the hospitality of the personnel, cleanliness, big rooms, beautiful lobby and public areas; Tnx, Eugene
Review 29:Wifi at my level 3 was bad, signal was strong but seems like the bandwidth is being hog. Luckily we still manage to lock in to weak level 2 signal and access the net.
Review 30:Booked a quad room for 50Jd on a weekend. Wasn't expecting much. On arrival we were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedroom. Furnishing was much better then we expect, they dont look old. There are mini mart and take-away food outlet within 5 mins walk and Al-Rahmah mall is 15 mins walk. Nothing to complain for this price. Our best value stay for our week in Jordan.
Review 31:The room had no window, very poor wifi connection. Bathroom needed some maintenance (loose towelrack, shower screens didn't close properly).
Review 32:friendly staff, value for money, clean.
Review 33:The room didn't have a window and the whole place smelled of smoke because the staff were smoking down in the lobby. No breakfast.
Review 34:It was clean and I could book a room at very short notice.
Review 35:No breakfast service but there are plenty of places to go in the area.
Review 36:Excellent choice in Aqaba. The room is quite nice and relaxing. Helpful staff. I would definitely come back here.
Review 37:there was no plates or utensils. i think basic cooking things like pots should be included.
Review 38:the manager very kindly didnt charge us for checking out a day early. he also helped us in finding our way round. thank you so much.
Review 39:The hotel don't provide a breakfast but our room had a small kichen. It might be very useful if there would be some cutlery, pan or pot. But there were only glasses, cups and 1 teaspoon for quadrupe room. 1 bed didn't have a sheet. There was 3 towels and a half roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for 4 people. You have to ask all the time a reception for everything! No cleaning. So we had a lot of garbage on the 2nd morning.
Review 40:Very nice room and new furniture. Good location and value for money. At the beginning room was clean.
Review 41:No enough towels on room (delivered on request). Rooms are big, clean and well furnished but if you expect standard hotel services (regular cleaning, bath stuff, breakfast and restaurant), then select some hotel. If u need place to stay during night for reasonable money - this is luxury option for nothing.
Review 42:Staff was friendly Very nice furnished rooms Hot water is available and with enough pressure (sometimes problem in hotels in Aqaba) Excellent value for money
Review 43:The locks on the doors didn't work properly and were only fixed oneday before we left the hotel.Staff could speak a bit better English.
Review 44:Jardaneh Hotel is located in a superb location. The room (triple) wasvery quiet and peaceful, even though there was a mosque across the road. For value for money, it was exceptional, compared to other hotels in thecity. The air conditioning was powerful and the Internet signal was ableto be picked up everywhere.
