Review 1：Poor internet service, even their computers were slow. Staff were not overly helpful.

Review 2：Great Location - Large room, comfortable beds with great view of the city, especially if you like watch the hustle and bustle of the city.

Review 6：Absolutely disapointing staff service which is not up to 4-star hotel standard. Hotel still has ugly curtains in the shower, and old-fashioned hair-dryer on the wall. As an advice for travellers: never arrive 15 min before the end of breakfast hours

Review 7：The location is excellent in a nice part of town and well positioned for all sites. The airport bus-stop (7euros) is across the square outside Prada. The staff were all very pleasant and the room clean but a little tired. It was very nicely designed and would have been boutiquey once but it has been poorly maintained in that the walls were chipped/marked and in need of a repaint and the grills had fallen off the aircon so that we were looking at a dusty mess. Having said that, it was clean and the bed/bedding comfortable, so no complaints. The breakfast was also very 3* (as in adequate but certainly not the best ...possibly verging on quite poor). Overall, it was a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a great area and I certainly had no complaints but it is definitely not 4*.

Review 21：Wifi is a big problem and you can not help it, and there is no other alternative for wifi in the hotel. I was ready to pay for Internet, but it was not any solutions rather then so-called "free wifi". The information from the stuff about the city need to be rechecked, in our case it was not correct. The lobby bar was not working at all during our stay. Very poor fruit selections for the breakfast during the summer season.

Review 61：For a 4 star hotel, there are too cracks in the wall unrepaired, the door's locks had problems, TV was very old and the phonic isolation is poor. You hear noise from everywhere ( other rooms, staircase, street). On top in that, the staff from reception was not professional. On arrival they told us that they are going to move us to the other hotel for the first night, because the hotel was fully occupied. Our booking was made with 3 months in advance, and they didn't even bother to send us a notice or something.

And about the breakfast,for a four stars hotel is very poor,it is more like a hostel,with no freshly made juices,you had to take them from a machine and the same for coffee,it wasn't freshly made as well.They have a machine with a terrible taste coffee.The breakfast tune is until 10am but if you go around 9,30 most of the things run out and they dont replace them again.
