Review 8:Everything, especially location and service.
Review 9:Looks a bit run down, not super clean, the room was extremely noisy, we heard the water coming through a pipe at an extreme loud volume when people took a shower or bath, neither room nor hall was very inviting to just relax a bit
Review 10:Good location, on the cheaper side, big room
Review 11:Not suitable when traveling by private car.Serious lack of parking Very difficult to find the hotel in area with severe traffic restrictions. Public parking very far from hotel Breakfast substandard

Review 14:Great central location Well signposted Comfortable Great breakfast Spacious, quiet & clean Friendly staff Looked after our bags
Review 15:Carpet was stained and there was a noticeable black smudge on the wall. Wi-fi only worked in the lobby, not in our room. Furnishings and curtains seemed dated, not recently cleaned.
Review 16:Good location, good breakfast with many options. Provided extra pillows when requested.
Review 17:We liked everything about Button. Thanks for having us Max and Tomas.
Review 18:Hotel Button is a good hotel in a great location and excellent staff. Tomas and Massimiliano are superb - there is nothing they cannot help with and always with a smile. They both know everything there is to know about Parma and are very happy to share it. The location of the hotel is fantastic, couldnt imagine a better position - close to shops, attractions and restaurants. Also, worth mentioning that Fatihma (?) makes possibly the best macchiato in Italy. Would reccommend Hotel Button to anyone.
Review 19:Perfect location, 24 hour reception, nice breakfast.
Review 20:Wonderful dinner recommendations! Also, when we asked for nice wine glasses for our room - no problem.

Review 34:Everything is clean and perfect. only that I am not sure how to reach by car, because we came by train, and it was easy to find.
Review 35:Decor was a bit old fashioned. Someone was smoking out of view but not out of smell. Not a particularly friendly atmosphere. Breakfast very poor with no espresso machine on site - only horrible coffee out of a thermos jug with no-one around to find you a decent coffee.
Review 36:Location and general comfort of hotel. Comfort of bed
Review 37:Staff is a bit slow, and sometimes unfriendly. Breakfast was not very good.
Review 38:Absolutely excellent location - just in the center of Parma, very close to all sightseeings and shops. Clean room with fast Wi-Fi.
Review 39:We stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the city of Parma. Since we are a familly of 4 we had a four beds room which was a quite big room. The room was clean and functionel. The location was excellent, very close to a nice local shopping street and nice restaurants. We also appreciated the breakfast. A lot of variety and nice service. The lady who was serving the breakfast was very helpful. If we ever come back to Parma, we will stay again at this hotel.
Review 40:Parking was a nuisance, but not unexpectedly for the centre of a city!
Review 41:Traditional decor misleads, the hotel was very comfortable. Stafffriendly and not at all as described in previous reviews. Apleasant surprise!

Review 43:Location and good value for money
Review 44:Efficient welcome and a pleasantly large comfortable room. Breakfast wassufficient if unremarkable. The location of the Hotel was perfect toexplore and enjoy this lovely old city. All the major sights and manyrestaurant options within easy walking distance. The location a fewyards from the main square yet tucked discreetly away meant that all thelife of the city was accessible but non of the noise. A quietcomfortable base for Parma.
Review 45:Thet mattresses must need to be turned more often. There was a real sag in the middle
Review 46:Loved the hotel, its staff and the location. Was easy to find and handy to all we wanted to see.
Review 47:I think we liked everyhting about the hotel. The only thing thatcould be improved, is the receptionists who could have been nicer andmore friendly.
Review 48:We travelled around Emilia-Romagna during our Easter holidays and thesecond stop was in Parma. We had a quadruple room at the hotel and itwas the largest one on the floor. The room was clean and quiet. It wasreally spacious and had an alcove next to the bathroom. The beds werecomfortable. We had everything we needed there. The room had a trouserpress (handy for business travellers). Next to the hotel there is agreat restaurante, called Gallo d'Oro, highly recommended. The hotelis behind the tourist information office in Piazza Garibaldi.
Review 49:The hotel is quite close to the city centre. There was quite some rumour on the street, which forced me to close the windows. Breakfast was simple, even for Italian standards. WiFi was not working very well on the room, it worked however in the lobby.
