Review 4：We arrived quite late in the evening. The restaurant was about to close, but they kept it open for us so as we haven't had any dinner and starving. The staff is very friendly and competent at their job. The property is well kept, high quality and standards and breathtaking suroundings! I will definatly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing athmosphere, beautiful suroundings, delicious food and great service. And if you want some excitiment during the visit, you can go shopping in Milano or the outlet in Mendrizio, or take a boat trip...

Review 5：The WiFi in the room was terrible, only in the reception it did work. The restaurant was based on healthy biological food, No meat (fish is possible) and all kind of special ingredients. It was not that good and way overpriced. It irritated me that the gerant who explained to us the philosophy of the restaurant how good it is that we eat healthy food, the next morning smoked cigarettes in the outside dining area. You better eat at Miraloga, honest Italian food for a good price. The breakfast was one morning verry nice but the next morning a disaster. It took ages before serving, we get the worst coffee ever (we send it back because it was so discusting), you had to pay extra for just a simple boiled egg (4 euro). Come on!!!

Review 6：Fine spacious rooms with a large bed. Fine bathroom with fortunately no bath but a spacious shower. A balcony with a view over the lake. Indulgent spa which free (except treatments) use of the sauna, the swimming pool and the steam room. Nice places to sit and relaxed. So the hotel part is very nice and bwautiful.
