Review 1：My apartment was on ground floor facing main road , very noisy. Not much restaurant of choice nearby. Is there a seasons that varies in price ?

Review 3：The stay was amazing! The place is situated a short distance from the wonderful beaches of Mont Choisy. The apartments were very beautiful. What I would like to highlight is nice and friendly staff. Hotel manager Nick with his wife were amazing! With all helped us and made our surroundings. One day Nick was our guide and around the West Coast. It was our honeymoon, which we really enjoyed. Thank you again!

Review 4：We had a lot of problems, the personal in the place was not able to understand english or even french!! They sell the place as luxury place but there are a lot of things broken, or very dirty (like the sofa, courtains, etc), you have to buy your own toilet paper. Sorry what?? and the worst is that you can not make the room dark so at 5 in the morning you have to wake up.

Review 5：Nothing. I would like to write more in detail the bad things to advice the people, but I have not enought place. Dont go there!!

Review 6：A luxury apartment should have unlimited WiFi access in each apartment. Although we are on holiday, that does not mean we can ignore our business at home, and having to write my business correspondence at the reception kiosk next to the pool just does not do it for me. We can only afford to come to Mauritius because we are running good businesses and making money......so please give us WiFi so that we can enjoy our holiday and stay on top of our business.

Review 7：every thing was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had apartment No 5, the only two bedroomed unit, and it was perfect for myself and my wife and my parents in law. the well appointed kitchen enabled us to cater easily for ourselves. the local super market POPO a leisurely walk away along on Traux aux Biches beach was as inexpensive as the bigger supermarkets and had a good choice of self catering food. Belle haven is in the middle of Mont Choisey beach and Traux aux Biches beach so you can walk the one in the morning and the other one in the afternoon and do your shopping at the same time. The staff is excellent with the Supervisor taking constant care of you. Clean, Comfortable and a place to return to if you want to avoid expensive resorts and restaurants on Mauritius. We never thought we could stay on Mauritius for so little money in such comfort.

Review 8：Wifi was very flaky and only worked by the pool. Location is good if you have a rental car but would be quite limiting without so I recommend it.

Review 9：Apartment was fantastic. Some of the amenities didn't work but staff helped sort everything out, especially Geerish who also helped us organise a rental car (which is recommended). Location is good, between Mon Choisy and Trou au Biches plus not too far from Grande Baie for nightlife and shopping.

Review 10：The toilet soap was absent from the toilets. There was only one roll of toilet paper. We were told that toilet soap and paper should be purchased by us. We should have been informed about it in advance. Thankfully a utility store was located just opposite so there was not much problem.

Review 11：We liked the staff which was very kind and supporting. The location and facilities were good. Size of the rooms was quite good.kitchen was spacious with a comfortable dining area. Living room and television along with many DVD and player was very good idea.

Review 12：The bed was a bit hard, but I guess that is something personal. There is free wifi available at the pool, but I would recommend to include wifi in each appartment (now available at extra costs).

Review 13：The appartments are well equipped and spacious, everything you need is available. They are cleaned everyday and the staff, supervisor, security guards and maid are very helpful and friendly. The appartments are near to Mont Choisy Public Beach (500 meters walk) which is one of the broadest beaches on Mauritius. There are a few restaurant and a small (expensive) supermarket within meters away from the complex. We would recommend to rent a car (which you can do through the supervisor), so you will be able to visit the shops at Gran Bay (Super U and Intermarkt) where you'll find everything you need.

Review 14：Waited a whole week to get our breakage fee and we could have used that money during our holiday.

Review 16：It was just wonderful , everything is perfect the apartment is big and you feel like in a 4 star hotel, there is cleaning every day. The swimming pool is a big plus.The personal of Belle Haven from the administrator , guardian and cleaning lady are there for you always with a big smile on their face ready to satisfy all your needs. BIG THANK YOU! We have felt like home. Then the location is quiet very close to the best beaches on the island with good water both for small children and for adults. We will definitely come back.

Review 17：Although it was Not a big issue ...the second bedroom should also have duvets instead of just the blanket. I am sure they would have changed it had we asked.

Review 18：Everything was perfect, a new apart hotel with all the comforts of home. The staff and Manager were very helpful and recommended great tourist attractions in the area. Wi fi was given for free. Belle Haven in Trou aux Biches is the best kept secret nobody in Mauritius knows about this place?

Review 19：The location was not a prime one as advertised. The beach is not in walking distance. Fortunately I had a vehicle which made it easier to get around. Pity those who had to depend on public transportation.

Review 21：The washing machine is not in the apartment and it is located at a common area at the ground floor. If you need to do washing, have to bring the clothes all the way down the stairs and go all the way up the apartment again to hang the clothes.

Review 25：I complained to a guard that I couldn't connect WiFi.But, he couldn't speak English,and he contacted the manager who seem to come here 1 time (in the morning?). So,this problem had been left till next evening!! Bath towel,toilet paper weren't replenished though it came next day,I had already told the guard it. This hotel isn't situated in front of the sea.It takes more than 5min to the sea on foot.

Review 28：Belle Haven is one awesome property around the Island which is as Luxuryas a 5* Resort and as cheap as 3* Hotel. I along with my two friendsstayed here for 6 nights. It is an all equipped Apartment with luxuriousspace. There is an Pool on the back side and a garden on the front. Makesure you will get the apartment on the 2nd floor as the View from thebalcony and terrace is breathtaking. Mon Choisy public beach is just 500meters from the property and Tour Aux Biches within a Kilometer. Themost happening place I.E. Grand Bay is around 4 km and Mon Choisy mallis 2.5 km. There is super market next to the property from where you cangrab all the needful things. We couldn't have enjoyed our trip if wehave chosen some Hotel. It is an Independent apartment, you can haveparty, loud music, barbecue etc here. Mr. Nicolas guided us so nicelyand the house keeping lady was so nice and kind. They provide free Wifias well and Parking is free too. All n All it is highly recommended..

The personnel was reallyhelpful, friendly and cared for each of our needs especially Sandrineand Nicolas. I would strongly recommend Belle Haven and all hotels inits Group for a stay on the island as it is really value for money. Iplan my next family outing there definitely. If you seek for a haven,then go for Belle Haven.
