Review 1：When you check website or Booking you might think it is very close to Lago di Garda, which is pretty far away. But again: nice environment!
Review 2：We had a lovely stay in this very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helps you with everything. Maybe some things look a little bit outdated, but everything worked properly and they give very good attention to hygiene at all places. Good facilities, nice restaurant (breakfast!) and entertainment in the evening!

Review 9：Everything! Set in a quiet street with mountain views, we loved the outdoor pool, our spacious room, really tasty food at reasonable prices, friendly staff and the flowers everywhere. Music in the evenings was a nice bonus.

Review 16：The hotel is situated about 1.5km uphill from Lake Garda, in the little village of Nago, which affords the best of both worlds, ie the Lake and the mountains. Staff are so friendly and the Tonelli family are always on hand to keep a close eye on things. Food was truly amazing and was served beautifully. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, the outdoor being set amidst olive groves. A truly wonderful experience
Review 17：The staff's behavior was between rude and indifferent. Miserable decor in the tiny room:cheap plastic everywhere. No room service, no laundry (we stayed with 2 kids for 2 weeks!). Very noisy due to the bar in a center of patio. Overcrowded restaurant with poor quality of food. It's not 4*!!

Review 19：Unfortunately the location was 2 miles from lake garda on a near 90 degreee drop. We travelled by bus and it really was impracticable to do much sightseeing as a result. The 'free shuttle bus' only runs once a day and no taxi.

Review 24：We stayed last minute for one night and were upgraded to an attic room with a lovely view over the rooftops. Room 412 was large and airy and the bathroom facilities good. The pool looked welcoming but in early May, still a little cold! The walk down to Torbole itself is fine if you are young and fit, otherwise there is a shuttle. If you are biking or walking on the Dos Remit/Monte Baldo side, you can start and end directly at the hotel which was great. Parking and bike garage facilities were good. Breakfast was varied and staff were friendly. A note for Brits: the rooms now had tea making facilities which was mentioned as a downside from other travellers.
