Review 1：The door pass didn't work but they gave me the manual key. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. Luckily it was also really efficient so I didn't need to keep it on much anyway. They said they were aware of the problem and looking into solving it. The cappuccino at breakfast was pretty bad which is a shame for an Italian hotel. There's no reason why they can't make a decent coffee or get a better machine. It spoiled what was otherwise a good breakfast selection. I think the mini bar in the rooms is too expensive (€3 for a small bottle of water, €4 for a very small fruit juice) which makes no sense to me. If things were a little cheeper I would have bought something for convenience but not at those prices.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location (the airport bus stops just around the corner at Politeama), easy to reach the historical centre by foot, good breakfast (except the coffee), clean room, great terrace on the roof for relaxing in the evening. Wifi free and works well in the room.

Review 5：Breakfasts are only average to good -- some hot food would be appreciated. The standard rooms (which we stayed in previously) are a bit small -- we would recommend spending a little more and booking the larger rooms.
Review 6：The staff were excellent and the rooms and public spaces are very clean and modern. The roof terrace is a bonus, although little used. The air conditioning worked well, although it is a little noisy. All in all we would definitely stay again.

Review 22：Very good location of the hotel. You can take a bus to the beach, central station, airport, etc. just 50 meters away from the hotel. The biggest shopping streets are in the nieghborhood as well. The room was tidy and had everything I needed for the stay.

Review 25：It was located near the sites and also within walking distance to the harbor. We appreciated the referrals to local restaurants which were really good. The room was nicely done and comfortable. Appreciated a WiFi that works and the nearby parking, both for a small fee.

Review 29：The hotel is in a great location downtown and is in walking distance to all the attractions.It is close to the stop for the airport shuttle and the hertz car rental.The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was good and their are a number of restaurants close to the hotel. We woiuld definitely stay at this hotel again in Palermo.
Review 30：Used their car park which is located on the other side of their hotel. If you have a small size car then it is OK but anything larger than medium size car then you will struggle parking the car. The basement car parking facility is very narrow and if you are not used to parking your car in a very tight spaces then you may struggle. If you are not using this car park then you should not have many problems using this hotel.
Review 31：The suite room was roomy and quiet. For a week stay it was a very good hotel to use. The staff helped us with all our requests. The breakfast did not offer large variety but the standard was good. If I go to Palermo again I will use this hotel again. No complaints!!
