Review 1：our room was in the midle of groups, verry noisy, lots of knoking on our door, people tryed to come in, thinking we were of the groupe.(3 change of group) complained nothing changed.Bad management, should never put a single couple in the middel of a group.

Review 3：The room should be recast. The window on the ground floor can not be opened by tilting, no air conditioning in the room. Garage overnight is not locked and provides access to all, not just guests.

Review 7：There is no soundproofing in the cheaper rooms. If you don't like screaming babies and snooring men/women, ask for a soundproof room.

Review 11：A wonderful experience and a great stay at Alpen Village Livigno. All staff extremely helpful and friendly, from our first inquiry to settling the bill. Marco and his staff provided the kind of service that is rarely found these day. Food is in abundance and prices are very fair. Ohh and the Skiing was great, lots of possibilities for all levels. The bus service between the 2 sides of town works great from the door of the hotel. Will definitely return again next year.

Review 12：Small rooms with no chairs etc and very noisy - can hear all that happens in the passages and whenever a person ion the room next door uses toilet and shower.

Review 29：- overcrowded (breakfast is full noisy people...)- přeplněno (na snídani jsem si připadal jak v hučící nádražní restauraci)- noisy (every movement, every step is heard)- všudypřítomný hluk (všechno je slyšet, každý krok, každý pohyb)- disco nights in the building with "techno" repertoar- koncerty technomuziky přímo v hotelu (nemusí rušit všechny pokoje, ale pokud jste trochu senzitivní, pak hrajou i do půl čtvrté do rána...!)- no parking space - difficult to find a park place, definitely not in the top seazon, and not near enter to the building...- parkovací přetlak (rozhodně v plné sezoně a ve zlevněné sezoně. Rozhodně nepočítejte, že při nastěhování a opouštění hotelu najdete místo u vchodu...)- tight rooms (some or rooms only one chair, no table to sit for two people, some of the rooms with strange, irregular ground plan...)- pokoje (některé) jsou neskutečně těsné, v nepravidelném půdoryse stále obcházíte postel, jen jedna ždle, v objektivní realitě není stůl, kte kterému by se mohli najednou posadit dvě osoby...- small TV, out of sight from bed (in some rooms)- miniaturní TV, kterou prakticky (v některých pokojích) není možno sledovat z postele- rooms are not accesible by elevator (just by using thin spiral staircase...)- pokoje jsou dostupné pouze po úzkých točitých schodištích - žádný výtah! Třeba dvě patra s těžkým kufrem je chuťovka...- not correct info by BOOKING.com (see next):- nesprávné údaje z BOOKING.com (viz dále): - internet acces (wifi) is reachable only in the lobby - internet přes wifi je dostupný pouze u recepce (prakticky pořád plná omladiny a jejich stahování a vyřizování facobookových aktivit :-) - swimmingpool is open just 8:30-10:30 and 16:00-19:00... - bazén otevřen v omezeném čase 8:30-10:30 a 16:00-19:00... (v sobotu jen odpoledne...)Not this hotel anymore!This is low end price hotel - be prepare for relatively good equipped room (bidet), but with lack mentioned above.

Review 31：Wi-fi did not reach our room! Booked two rooms as we have kids - rooms were not even on the same floor of the hotel! Said 1.4km from town (that is if you have a para-glider) - more like 5km up a very big hill (and the bus only runs till 7pm).

Review 33：Breakfast are decent, and as for Italy even better than avarage. But as a vegetarian I missed some some veggies like fresh tomatos/salads etc. I never used swimming pool and sauna. It doesn't look particularly welcoming (limited opening hours etc) and sauna cost some additional money (usually in most hotels it is included). But really both my comments are not so important. My whole stay was excellent.

Review 34：I visitet hotel second time. Although it is a vary big property running by the biger company, it is very well managed and meets all my expectations for good winter holidays. It is very clean and well located. I defienietly recommend it.

Review 37：You can basically listen to everything from the corridor. We had to go up through a lot of stairs, which can be painful after long session of ski. The cleaning ladies wanted to enter to make cleaning at 8:50am and we were still sleeping. Also I consider the hotel a bit overpriced: I understand the touristic location and timing, but still a bit expensive.

Review 38：Staff and management were great. They were very supportive when I had to change last-minute my reserve. At the restaurant, there's good variety and service is good. Location is good if you're intending just to ski, but if you want to see the city, you're a bit far, even if you have the free buses going around. Rooms are OK.

Review 39：The rooms are too small and couldn't stay comfortable. The shower is also extremely too small for adults and couldn't move in it. Entertainment in the room as for the TV is very poor. Breakfast is hopeless only bread and cheese and thats it.
