Review 1：Hotel had overbooked rooms and wanted to transfer me to another hotel. I have stayed at the hotel many times before and was aware of their alternative accommodation on the coast. The hotel requested I consider a transfer for one night only. This was not convenient said no and this was accepted by the hotel.

Review 2：Food was excellent. Staff friendly.

Review 3：A real shame that the window seals had gone on the sliding, double-glazed doors on to our balcony. It resulted in the windows looking really dirty and obscured the view from the room.

Review 4：The room was lovely and clean and was generally well maintained. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff serving were excellent.

Review 7：We ate twice in the hotel restaurant for an evening meal and it was a bit average but there were a couple of other good places to eat in Selva. The small pool for children was empty and neglected when we arrived and then when it was filled was a bit dirty.

Review 8：Beautiful location and grounds, very friendly and helpful staff, fresh breakfasts with a lot of choice, lovely rooms and very clean, superb pool. Selva di Fasano is a very picturesque area with a couple of grocery shops, bars and restaurants to keep you entertained outside of the hotel.

Review 10：Good hotel, very clean, very early 70's style. Breakfast was just ok, warm juice, disgusting scrambled eggs, warm yogurt, too salty cheese. The rest is quite good. I would not pay the same money next time

Review 11：The beds are too hard. I would like to see an onsite beauty therapist available at the hotel during my stay. The bar needs to have two bartenders serving at lunchtime in peak season.

Review 17：The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were heavy and very hard. The hotel needs a modern touch but there was plenty of parking and the breakfast was awesome. For a huge hotel, you would think they would provide more than one wifi log in for their customers, but sadly only one was given.

Review 18：The cleaning ladies were excellent snd kept my room so fresh and clean and also smiling. the bartenders made me feel welcome as I was on my own they were fantastic. the reception staff were extremely helpful, freindly and went out of there way to assist me with my trip and valentino was patient helping me with my phone totally helpful and comforting. All the staff at this hotel are a credit to the hotel group 5 star service cannot fault in anyway. I hope to return hopefully in a more relaxed situation to enjoy it more. The location was excellent especially for visiting the surrounding areas but you need a car if you are not on a tour holiday as there is not much in the village. Pool side food and drinks were very reasonable.

Singers playing the organ who clearly could not sing with only a very elderly audience in appreciation (elephant's graveyard) springs to mind. Also, for the two weeks that our family was there, the Tango Competition that the Hotel was hosting, completely dominated the Hotel to the detriment of other holidaymakers.

Review 57：There was a complete lack of any Management input and it was very apparent. This is now a coach tour stop off point and not a relaxing holiday hotel. A two weeks stay is too long. To be frank we were very disappointed with the whole package.

The staffwere courteous and attentive to all our needs and we could not haveasked for more.The swimming pool is a superb size and there are alwaysspare sunbeds available,no getting up at seven to reserve!! Bed andbreakfast was what we booked for a week and just as we were about toupgrade to half board were told by lots of guests about the quality oflocal restaurants so we tried them and how right they were.The food wasfantastic and very reasonably priced.The rooms were spotless and cleanedevery day.Our downstairs room had a mini patio/garden which was perfectfor the children.Night times were peaceful and quiet.....Marco and Sarafrom the kids entertainment team were brilliant.Our girls cried on theday we were leaving.Excellent all round.....The only down side(nothingto do with hotel) If following sat nav stay on the main road to thehotel on the last 5-600 metres(lots of guests caught out) as it willguide you up a very scary road, steep with no barriers and big drops

Review 68：The first time we stayed here we did not have a great room, but we decided to try again. The beds were better this time, but the outside of the door was awfully dirty and it looked like there was blood on the frame of the door. The staff was very snooty this time.My husband had to do some homework on his computer, but we forgot our converter so he had to plug his computer into the car in the parking lot. A woman came out yelling at him and she moved her car. Then security came out and told my husband to leave, but we informed him that we were staying at the hotel and he was just charging his computer. The security guard then told my husband to go to bed. This was so rude! Then at breakfast time the staff took all the food away 45minutes before breakfast was over. No one came over to us even when we need assistance. Needless to say we will not be going back. I am a very open minded person and decided to give the hotel a second chance but it failed me.
