Review 1：A little far from central city and area was rather deserted with quite a few 'night clubs'.

Review 2：Hot bath, breakfast and noodles. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Review 3：Kofu is a pretty boring place to stay. There are several restaurants but not many people on the streets (in September).

While I don't think the hotel gets many non-Japanese guests, they had helpful print-outs in English to help me figure out things like onsen use, breakfast, etc. Not a lot of English was spoken, but the staff certainly did work hard to please!
