Review 1：The room was clean, but there was some insects in the room, and we notified the manager,who swear that his staff will do the necessary but unfortunately nothing.... For the price we pay, I think that it was too much for a 3 Stars, definitely in Belgium for the same price we have a better service and a true 4 stars. The wifi was very poor, connection almost impossible...Breadfast a pity, the water is not from the bottle...food quality very poor and sometimes at 9.30 the basket or bread are empty.

Review 2：The beach is 5-min away, although it is full of boats, paddles, etc. As a result, there are few meters to swim/snorkel without putting your life at risk. There is a lot of noise and the paradisiac beaches don't seem like that anymore. In the hotel, the beds could be better and there was a lot of noise during the night coming from the club in the basement.

Review 3：The manager took his time to welcome us and made everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Although we didn't use the swimming pools, they looked very nice.

Review 9：Poor wifi - there were many days when we could not log on to it at all. Breakfasts are adequate, although with no variety at all, and dinners are not great.

Review 10：Friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. This hotel is what it is ... a nice value-for-money establishment. Rooms are very basic but pleasant. Pools are kept beautifully clean. The hotel is very close to a main bus stop, some great resraurants within walking distance, and just 1 road away from the main Troux aux Biches.

Review 11：I stayed with my 17 year old daughter and we love absolutely everything. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming. The pool {choice of 4} beautiful, clean, sunbed always available, beach towels clean, fresh, the wonderful food made fresh in front of you is just delicious. Bar and entertainment, disco fabulous. The palm trees make you think you are in paradise. Thank you to all at Le Palmiste, great job. The beach is 2 minute walk, best beach on the island.
