Review 1：This place is much more than a B&B, it is like coming home. The landlords are most charming and care for their guests as if they were family. While breakfast nominally was not included, they provided this traveler with all sorts of little snacks (including delicious Dutch cheese) that de facto amounted to a breakfast. The B&B is not centrally located (south of the VU), but quite beautifully in a nice neighborhood. It is only five–ten minutes on foot to the next tram station. The tram takes the visitor directly to the city center. The only downside of the location may be that the B&B is in the approach path of Schiphol airport. However, this fact luckily does not impact a good night's sleep.
Review 2：Tram/metro station is about 6min walk from B&B. The ride takes about 20-25min to get to centre of town.
Review 3：Staff - extremely helpful and nice. They leave free snacks, fruits and drinks (and fill them when emptied). The owner drove us to the airport at the end of the stay. Quiet, clean environment. Nice, quiet, canal near by - very pleasant to walk by and maybe have a picnic breakfast/lunch. Supermarket close by. There's microwave and a small fridge (no gas though)
Review 4：Although it's a bit far from the tram station (around 15 mins walking), but the housing area was very calm and people are so nice and they keep smiling at you. So, 15 mins walking should not be a problem (even we carried heavy luggages) Everything was perfect.
Review 5：Firstly, Mr. Nicholas (hope I spell it right) and his wife are very nice. " Hi! Hope you remember us!" They allowed us to put our luggage like for a week! Don't judge the place from outside, because once you entered, you'll be amazed with the room, extremely clean, green grass view, very peaceful, and the beds are very comfortable. They even provided us some cheese and souvenir!
Review 6：Private, quiet, very well equipped - microwave, air con, fruit & nibbles. Very close to student accommodation at Uilenstede campus so great for family or friends visiting VU students.
Review 7：The only small drawback was the temperature of the shower, but the owners had warned me about that.
Review 8：Very cozy room with comfortable beds and convenient facilities (microwave, coffee machine, free snacks, minibar, good WiFi). The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was visiting old friends. Public transport to Amsterdam is nearby and parking in the street is free.
Review 9：Think there may be a bit of damp getting in through a patch of wood round one of the windows as there was a damp smell, which went as we used the room. This may need attending to. Other than that, it was lovely.
Review 10：Really charming place to stay - Amstelveen is only 3km from Amsterdam south and everywhere is easily accessible if on bike as we were. You have your own entrance to this "room in a shed" with a little private courtyard where you can store bikes securely. You can let yourself in and out without ever seeing the owner. Everything fine in the room, beds v.v. soft, everything you need - microwave if you want to heat food. Room was cosy and warm. Bathroom and shower well equipped and nicely tiled. The owner is charming - put plastic bags on our bike seats while we weren't there, put out lots of snacks for us and left daily "gifts" such as a plate of cheese, grapes, etc. Gave me a gift when we left which I was very touched by.

Review 12：A very pleasent couple is running this humble yet super-cute place. Room is clean and cozy, with snacks and beverages (free of charge) awaiting and being refilled every night. The breakfast, served at their home kitchen is excellent, with a view to their pastoral private back yard. The B&B is about 10 min. away by foot from the nearest train station, and the owners willingly drives you there if you ask him to. The charm of the neighborhood around is irreplaceable, trust me.

Review 25：This is the first B&B we have stayed in that has not matched theBooking.com reviews. The room is a converted shed in the owners backyard. The accommodation is located down a narrow, poorly maintainedwalkway which opens onto shabby courtyard. The ensuite was ok but theshower was either scoldingly hot or freezing cold. We were surprisedthat none of the reviews mentioned that the room was under a flightpath. We can see why some people might like this B&B but itwasn't the right place for us.
