Review 1：beds were horrible! especially for the children, comfortes where shere, children where cold. Food was avarage, discomusic in the bar from 5-9pm, you are still shaking in your room on the 3rd floor. don't open a window 'cause the people smoking downstairs fills your room with smoke. Heater in the room is not manageble.You have to shower in the tub. Towels died 5 years ago. We had to pay for dinners we didn't have, make sure you only book bed and breakfast. As a B& B guest you only have to pay € 15,- p/p for a dinner. We had to pay 3750,- for 0ne week (couple and 2 children HB) we only had 3 dinners in the hotel, (mostly for the reason that we had more family in the village in an other hotel and we liked to dine together) they refused to take of anything of the bill. It's more a two star hotel on service, they advertise with 3 beautifull rooms all the other rooms are old smuck.

Review 8：Helpful staff. Excellent location. Dinner was excellent. Big rooms and very clean. Nice view of the ski slopes.

Review 9：Bed was very hard. Spa area was poorly supervised. Although this is a family hotel there should be a time deadline for children under the age of 10 in the dining room in the evening (say 8:15 pm) so that other guests can enjoy their dinner in peace and quiet.

Review 11：Very little in this hotel to dislike, but I suppose the ski-room wasn't great. It needs more benches and is a little awkward to access. Livigno's tunnel hours on a Saturday are a pain.

Review 12：Modern and chic hotel right in the town centre but with easy access to the pistes. The hotel was comfortable and spacious and our room was very trendy - an attic suite on the 3rd floor. Drinks were good value and the set-menus mostly very good, with several choices. Wine reasonably priced and a good choice available. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good free Internet nearly everywhere in the hotel.

Review 13：With our friends we come in the winter in Livigno for 4 years and have been in many hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best. Location, comfort and service are very good.
