Review 1：unwilling staff, meals not corresponding with 4star hotel - poor selection and cold dinners, cats and birds in the dinning room. Hotel is situated at place full of rubbish, bad access road.

Review 5：This not a resort and Spa. IT IS A HOLIDAY CAMP1!! We we very shocked when we arrived. It was not what we were expecting at all. It felt like a deserted prisoner of war camp! Of the 300 or so rooms I would think the occupancay could have been no more than 1%. It was quite spooky. The beach is horrible, very rough rocks must be very uncomfortable to sun bathe on. THERE IS NO DINNING ROOM! There is a very large shed, very brightly lit with tables in rows 6 inches from each other. Absolutley no atmosphere. The breakfast was OK. The evening meal is like school dinners with dinner ladies dishing out the food, which was only just acceptable. After the first meal we ate out. Wine is literally 'on tap'. never seen that before! You have no choice as to where you sit. A table is allocated. Before you leave your room it has to be inspected to count the towels, TV and air-conditioning remote controls. All very Hidi Hi! We went for a drink in the bar about 100.00 PM on the first evening, it was completly empty!

Review 6：Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The staff who at first seemed sullen were eventually very helpful and for instance allowed us to say in our room until 17.00 hrs and we had a very late flight. The room should have been vacated at 10.00.

Review 7：The hotel staff specially one of staff at reception need to have a better personality when dealing with customers. At resturant they were so anxious to clear up that you were asked if you were finished numerous times. The resturant hours, 7.30 to 9.30 Is also too short. In comparison with other all inclusive of similar rating the food was just ok. The allinclusive wine was not drinkable. And poor selection if you wanted to buy a bottle for the dinner. We ended going to super market and getting a couple of bottles.

Review 8：Location is beautiful and beach area was very well kept. The ladder to the sea is a very useful as the beach areas is very rocky. The room was very comfortable. Everything worked well. The air con was keeping the room nice and cool. The bar staff also were very pleasant and pre dinner sparking wine at the bar area was a very nice touch. The free transport to nearby town also was great.

Review 9：It was fair value for money very clean and tidy beds were not the best an the pillows were not to our liking food was very basic breakfast wasn't worth getting up for! Not really four star standard but again it was cheap so you pay your money an that's what you get, had we paid another £200 we would of been unhappy

Review 11：You only had 2 hours each day to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most all inclusive resorts have somewhere to eat all day long. The Italian guests staying at the hotel were not friendly to foreigners...not something the hotel can impact but it still negatively impacted our stay here. We were there for 3 days before we realized there was another pool.

Review 12：The location was amazing. They were able to accommodate my request for a room away from the main traffic areas. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was amazing and they were able to accommodate my husband's gluten free requests.

Review 14：This resort is easy to drive to from Bari Airport and has great access to highway and a short drive to all the major attractions in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pools were a welcome sight on those hot days. The food was good and representative of the area.

Parking needs more shade.Should have a shuttle to town for free . Website should be clearer thatthis is an all inclusive family interactive resort.

Entertainment Staff Not lacking in full energy !! Well locatednear city of polignagno a must to see day and night w a gorgeous beach .Not so geared for older teens as compared to younger families .

Review 23：-Terrible wifi -No entertainment in English- all in Italian -No food labelling - you have to find out yourself -Very few members of staff can speak English -Young manger was unfriendly, inattentive and rude -You have to pay extra 5 Euros to use the beach facilities, entertainment, etc.. these points were why we were unable to enjoy our holiday.
