Review 1：Nothing ! (That we were not able to stay longer ! Would have been good to cycle around here due to lack of traffic. Much more trekking potential and maybe explore coastline and mangroves to east and Kampot to west.)

Review 2：Peaceful, nice low key beachy decor, beautiful pool , lovely views of sea and coast,quiet at night and little traffic at anytime. The breakfasts and lunch tapas very tasty with free range eggs. Immediate access to trekking trails into National Park (saw famous squirrels) and managed tuk tuk to pepper plantation in a morning then boat trip to Rabbit Island in afternoon. Plenty of eating choice at Crab Market 5 mins away in evening and also lots of secluded restaurants to choose from in between the mysterious jungly ruins of Keps yesterday.

Review 4：This hotel was absolutely incredible! Everything from the room, the bar, restaurant, swimming pool and location right on the beach. I have no idea how any review previously could not rate it 10/10. The staff were all fantastic and we would love to come back!!

Review 5：The air-conditioner started pouring out water after it had been running around one hour. Had to turn off and use the fan. A pity as that was one of the deciders in choosing that hotel. Staff was disinterested in doing anything about it. The restaurant was slow and we chose to eat elsewhere for other meals. Breakfast was at additional cost to the room.

Review 10：Good ocean view; very clean room with TV , air con and refrigerator, hot water shower. The hotel has a very well kept swimming pool. Poolside bar and bar with ocean view in the main entrance area.Good restaurant with an excellent and varied menu listing Western and Asian dishes. Prices are the same as those in restaurants in my own country (I'm a South African) but are good value for money. One of the nicest holiday venues I've visited in my 14 years in South East Asia.

Review 12：Was very impressed with trustworthiness and flexibility of owner who allowed us to depart on already booked bus seat back to Phnom Penh without paying as our travel money card could not connect to the system. They graciously to pay when you return home ...... This saved us great inconvenience on our tight schedule. Much appreciated

Review 13：The family room was on the backside of the hotel, so we didn't have an ocean view. I would have reserved 2 ocean view rooms if I had known. Pool was pretty but the hot tub wasn't hot on a cloudy cooler day. They wouldn't turn it on. Breakfast wasn't included, and it was ok. We actually walked to a neighboring resort, Spring Valley Resort, that had an amazing breakfast for cheap. I probably would stay at Spring Valley if I ever go again.

Review 14：The Beach House had a great location in Kep right across from a nice sandy beach. It is about a 7 minute tuk tuk ride or 20 minute walk to the crab market. It was low season so we were the only ones in the hotel, so it was quiet.

Review 45：We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House and it is a great place to chill. Overlooking the new white sand beach of Kep and with an attractive pool and sun loungers. There are not many rooms but it feels spacious with the long balconies. The bed was comfortable and the shower good.
