Review 1：Random Notes: • The hotel is 200 meters away from the sea which the sea view no advantage. • The TV is very old even my grandma has a better one. • The wifi was not working and no alternative way to access the internet was offered. • Visitors are not allowed at all. • The spa services are very bad. Only one girl doing the massage and she keeps complaining about the management at the hotel!! Finally, I wouldn't stay there next time. It does not worth.

Review 2：The mini bar was not working. The internet (wifi) was not working at all, although they claimed it was free. The security guy at the entrance was not friendly, as he forced us (not nicely at all) to go through the security gate although there were other people went through unmonitored entrances, walkways into the premises. It is a resort for mostly families with young children, so it is extremely loud. Do not expect a quite environment. Air conditioner in the room was noisy. In general, hotel needs a serious maintenance.

Review 23：When I booked my room I wrote I want it sea view and groud floor because I'm travelling with my parents (they both are in their sixties) when we checked in they gave us a room on the 4th floor no elevator just stairs.. The room is so small, we told the reception what I wanted my room to be and my parents can't go up and down the stairs, so they gave us a room on the first floor next to the pool which soo noisy and the people their are so nasty, so we cut our trip short cancelled the rest of our stay they didn't give us a refund didn't try to give us the room we wanted they just took the money without saying even sorry.. Worst experience of my life.

Example: we really suffered for teeth brushes asking 2 days to put it into our room. The same was happening with towels, we were asking 3-4 times to change it, but finally it was not there. I don't know maybe there is language barrier, they cannot understand well???? I really like your hotel, but this is very serious gap......

Review 69：Very crouded hotel with lots of families. Breakfast is a disaster as people are only there to pile up their plates and scavage for a possible food scarcity. Food is on the ground everywhere and is not cleaned.

The toiletries were not renewed until we asked for that. We booked for a jet ski, and it was confirmed, then the person in charge did not come. The smell of teh debclothes was awful.
