Review 1：Small room. Restrictive rules. Stayed in a double that was a larger single,not a double size comparable to Tokyo.

Review 3：I stayed here last year, liked it so much that I decided to stay here again. At the time of my booking all the non-smoking rooms were booked up, so I made a request for a non-smoking if it became available. To my nice surprise, a non-smoking room was waiting for me when I checked in.

Review 4：I accidentally booked smoking room. Because the non-smoking room is full I can't move and they didn't help me erasing the bad smell of the cigarettes.

Review 9：In a very convenient location next to the station. We stayed at this hotel during the Kanto Festival which was perfect as it was in easy walking distance of all of the events. The room itself was very comfortable and felt newly refurbished so that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast was also very nice.

Review 31：The location is very near Akita Station. You can see it just standing from the station. There are many restaurant and malls beside the hotel. However, go around early evening as most of them close too early. I appreciate the staff because they helped us confirm our way to Our Lady of Akita which is very rare place to visit for Catholics. Peaceful!
