Review 1：Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They organised pickup from the train station and drop off to the airport. No question or request was an issue. Hotel was was very luxurious, clean and comfortable.

Review 11：Fantastic, helpful friendly staff. I arranged a surprise visit for my Fiances 40th birthday to Polignano. Luciana was very helpful in arranging activity suggestions, booking and making it all happen seamlessly before we arrived. Great team. Nice hotel, unique rooms!!

Review 12：There was a honeymoon party going on till 3.30 at night just beside our room. When a party is booked don't book other hotel guests. The manager offered us a free stay.

Review 22：Everyday there was a wedding party, one day even two. Till 22.30 the hotel is very noisy. Most of the receptionists can't speak English. There is only one waiter in the breakfast room and it seems it is not enough. And unfortunately they can't speak English either (we met two).

Review 23：The rooms was great - big, comfortable, great view to sea, big terrace and small balcony (it is the only room in the hotel which has this). The garden is beautiful. The bed was good and nig enough. It is easy to find the hotel.

Review 24：The noise!! This hotel is purpose built for wedding receptions, not really for guests.. We stayed 4 nights and each night there was a wedding or reception. The sound from the disco made it impossible to relax in our room until after 10.30pm. On Saturday it didn't stop until midnight!.

Review 34：Although we enjoyed the meal at the restaurant owned by the hotel, it was in Polignano itself which you had to drive to. However we knew this before we booked. It would have been good to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room as we arrived at Bari late evening and when we got to the hotel there was no facilities for a hot drink.

Review 36：It's definetely not the place to have a relaxing stay. It's the typical place for weddings and other ceremonies. On our arrival (and it was Tuesday) we had a wedding party with music and plenty of guests just in front of our window - and I mean on the terrace of our room. Before booking it is better to call and check if the room you are going to book is "on risk".

Review 66：Beautiful hotel with a fabulous setting. The staff were wonderful and helpful, providing bicycles for us, and arranging taxis with the excellent Nicola. They even forwarded my camera which I left behind .

Review 67：Was totally fine for one night stay, but as it was Saturday to Sunday there was a big wedding with music, lots of people...if you are looking for a relaxed stay, in this case this hotel might be not the best solution. They are more concentrated on wedding receptions, then on hotel guests. Otherwise all fine and clean, room product - ok, freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. App 8 min drive to the center of Polignano a mare.

Review 68：This is not a hotel where you should stay unless you are attending one of the parties at the hotel. They hold events that will keep you awake until 3am with loud music, and they seem to have events all days of the week. There are three different large size venues for big parties but no restaurant or real bar. we stayed on a Thursday night and when we called down to the reception at 2am to complain that we couldn't sleep, we only got told they would shut it down in an hour - eg 3am!!

Review 71：I travelled with my mother and stopped in polignano as a first place to visit. We were truly impressed by the beauty of San Tommaso hotel, the location was really outstanding. The staff extremely helpful and competent. We would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Review 72：All these nice things come at a price though: San Tomasso is foremost a party center for weddings: this means that between around 14:00 and 23:00 there is a wedding party taking place and the whole infrastructure is taking over by partying people. As a tourist, you will often feel a bit like a party crasher. However the hotel does very well its best for the hotel guests. E.g. there are special parking spaces kept free for the hotel guests, during a wedding party.

(keep in mind that the hotel has only a few hotel rooms). Everything in the hotel is very well organised. The building and garden are absolutely fantastic.
