Botanica Guesthouse sells fast on our site. Botanica Guesthouse offers Khmer-style concrete bungalows with thatched roofs nestled within lush tropical greenery. Featuring an outdoor saltwater pool, the property also has its own restaurant and bar.
Located on Road 33A in Kep, Botanica Guesthouse is a 10-minute drive/ride to the crab market and Kep Beach. Pepper Plantations are about 7.5 miles away.
Fan-cooled or air-conditioned, each bungalow’s balcony has a seating area. The private bathroom comes with a hot shower and toiletries.
Free WiFi access is available in the entire property. Safety deposit box and luggage storage are available at the front desk, which opens from 06:30 to 23:00.
Khmer and Western meals are served at the open-air Botanica Restaurant. A variety of cocktails can be ordered from the bar which opens until 23:00.

Review 3：The guesthouse and the owners are great. French and Cambodian couple always willing to help you the best they can to make your stay a real pleasure. The swimming pool is awesome ! The guesthouse is few km away from the 'cneter', so I'd recommend to rent a bike (possible directly at the reception) :) We hope to come back !

Bungalows clean and comfortable with mosquito net over bed. Small seating area & hammock out front of each one aswel! Little bit of affordable luxury I'm beautiful Kep!

Review 8：Staff are a great help, speaking a number of languages (khmer,English and French). By far the comfiest bed I've slept in on our journey so far. The pool is very clean and well maintain,the option of a free bicycle and $6 mopeds for 24hrs is great as it's a little away from the town.

Review 9：I had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. The bungalow is simple, but has everything you need. The food and staff were excellent, and the pool was perfect on a hot Cambodian day. The only downside was the place is a little too far from town to walk, but the tuk tuks are so inexpensive it's honestly not a problem - and a very quick ride anywhere in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Review 10：Botanica is a beautifully well maintained guesthouse. The private bungalows are comfortable and cleaned daily. The gardens at the guesthouse which separate the bungalows are stunning and the salt water pool is lovely. Food is reasonably priced and very tasty. We loved this place so much we extended our stay.

Review 16：What a great place this is! French owner Phillipe and his wife and staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The garden is beautiful and the pool is great. Very relaxing and excellent value for money. Great food. Would certainly recommend anyone to stay here, the staff feels like family after a couple of days.

Review 18：Basic but very comfortable and clean cottages in a very lush and well-kept garden. Hammoch and couch on the veranda to laze away the hours, feels like paradise .. Beautiful pool , very refreshing and free bikes to cycle into town. Quiet location, would book again.

Review 20：the location was pretty much middle of nowhere for the first time visitor. especially it's so dark around at night, make sure you get there in day time. wifi signal was very weak from the room and the cocktails were little too strong but still i'd love to visit again!!

Review 26：The bungalow was really nice: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, included a porch with a sofa and hammock. The staff was very helpful, arranging for motorbike rental and bus tickets, giving us day trip advice. The place is very green and has a super nice pool.

Review 27：Very helpful and friendly staff (speak English); very customer-oriented owner. The place is magically situated in tropical garden. After day-trips you can cool yourself in the swimming pool or just enjoy lying on the sun beds. Free bycicles are available. It's about 3 km far from the crab market and 5km from the Kep beach.

Review 28：We had a lovely stay at the Botanica. Nothing to fancy but very comfortable, the owners and staff were very helpful in what ever we asked for and made us feel relaxed, which was just want we wanted to do after a bit of travelling around. Would stay again.

Review 34：I loved everything of this place. We ended up staying an extra day, two nights in total because we liked it so much! The swimming pool and the garden are amazing. Clean and very well maintained. We stayed in a room with fan and we slept very well at night. I will definitely return if I'll have the chance to go to Kep again.

Review 40：Very nice guesthouse and very comfortable. Everybody has his own little bungalow with a little terrace (sofa and hammock) great to relax surrounded by a beautiful garden. The swimming pool was great after a hot day outside, and is very clean. A little bit far from the crab market or the beach but it is very easy to get there by bicycle (which are free).

Review 74：I must stay that is not close to the "centre" even tho theres free bikes that the guesthouse provides. Also, the food its quite expensive and theres not that many options, specially if you are vegetarian but the staff is lovely enough to tailor some dishes for you.

Review 75：I absolutely LOVED this place. Initially booked it for 2 nights but end up staying over a week. The bungalows are gorgeous, clean, safe, cozy, modern, but better, they are surrounded by a stunning garden which offers so much privacy. Also had the coolest sofas and hammocks in each bungalows door. Read a couple of books while there, amazing. The swimming pool area is awesome too. Would go back again in a heartbeat.
