Review 1：1-2 construction in progress, so a lot of noise from 7am to 5pm. I got a bad sleep during 2 days.
Review 2：Very close to the pier, so can easily get out. The staff is kind and helpful.
Review 3：In 8 years travelling Asia this is one of the worst places I ever stayed. Outside was a building site, the noise was unbearable from 7am to 7pm there were no windows, no towels, no toilet roll or water when we wanted and then we had rats in our room. Yes RATS every day. Please explore all other possibilities before booking this one. We committed to paying $140 before arrival so we did not have the chance to change although all other accommodations were full anyway. We are not particularly we just expect a reasonable standard for what we paid and could not wait to leave. Very poor!

Review 5：Thé noice every time, thé bathroom and thé bedroom were dirty. Thé Last night was thé worst: someone try to break thé door, we can't slept because dogs, thé street Just in front our door, thé neighboord, nobody in thé réception execpt at 9h30 am. During thé night nobody is here to help you. There are works bulding and noise in thé street beginning at 7h30 am. It was thé worst expérience in our trip

Review 7：Room wasn't very clean, there was loud construction right outside our room from 6am in the morning. The room seemed quite expensive for what we got. The sink drained straight onto the floor and the shower had little to no pressure. Very hot room with no air con which made it quite unpleasant when we all got sick! Be wary of the water on the island

Review 13：Only complaint is there is some construction going on, so I wore earplugs so it wouldn't wake me up in the morning. Also, the roomsaren't separated by complete walls (at ceiling level, the woodenwalls stop so there's a space between that and the roof), so youcan hear everything happening in the room next to you and they canhear you ;)
Review 14：I can't say enough great things about this place. Don't evenhesitate to book here, unless it's because you want to bookdirectly through the guesthouse's manager, Ben, for a better pricethan you'll get on Booking.com. Ben is an amaze host, and evenarranged for someone to meet me when I got off the ferry to bring meall of 50 feet to the guesthouse from the ferry pier. He also took meand a friend to a cool beach away from the main one. The guesthouse isright on a small street that goes up the hill from the beach, but takemaybe 30 steps and you're on the main strip of beach (Koh Rong isa very small island). The bed is extremely comfortable and it wasperfect having my own room and bathroom while on the island for only acouple more dollars than my friends at the beach hostels were paying(a lot of other people stayed in the crowded guesthouses right on thebeach and had a good time, but I prefer to separate the party from mysleeping place!)!
Review 15：The walls between the rooms did not go all the way to the roof, including in the bathroom. So everyone could hear everyone else. There was also construction that started up at 8am and was very loud. The room was cool enough at night but too hot during the day to spend any time in there.
Review 16：The guest house was in a great location, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were 2 fans for the room.
