Review 1：Hotel made it more difficult than it needed to be to change rooms after requesting a lower cost room. I requested in the morning and they said I should come back in the afternoon. When I went back to ask again they informed me that it was too late in the day and I would have to only change the following day. The approach road to the hotel is in a very poor state.

Review 2：The frontage of the hotel is really nice - overlooking the lagoon. The hotel is clean and smart.

Review 3：Booked a room and got downgraded to another without being contacted . Downgraded to the hideous annex of the hotel that looks and smells like a brothel. Had to decline and they had no more space! Staff were extremely rude from security to reception. I think they assume that every woman that lodges there is a runs girl..then they said refund takes 3 weeks. No apologies, nothing. Had to stand my grounds to get my money back! No incentive offered for treating is like that, just seriously bad attitude and rudeness. Thank God for intercontinental!!!!... Wish I had more space to narrate my experience. Never stepping foot there again. Rubbish!
