Review 4：We really liked it there, the surrounding is beautiful, amazing views, it's quiet, good breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. We didn't have a car and walked up the hill from the village of Scopello, the road up to the Casale was small, with little traffic and we didnt find it overly hard.

Review 21：Located in the hills above Scopello, this lovely B&B is so far off of the established roads that our GPS could not guide us to it. There were plenty of hand made signs that guided us to the B&B, but with each turn in the road taking us to the B&B at the base of a mountain, we wondered what this place would be like. Do not be deterred! Rest assured, the location & beauty of this lovely & delightful B&B is worth the journey. What a beautiful location overlooking the valley spread out below & the azure sea in the distance.

It is a bit far away from Scopello, about one kilometre by a dirt road, but this is not a major problem if what you want is enjoying the landscape and quietness, although you will need to go there for dinner, since meals are not served in Casale Corcella.

Review 24：The 1 kilometer of unpaved road should be no deterrent to staying in this great B&B. Room was clean , staff very friendly , the view from the terrace and the homemade breakfast made our stay a treat. We will be coming back

Review 25：The road leading up to the B&B was very bad, we had some trouble getting our car up the dirt track. Its best to drive to the village, the walk down is manageable but its pretty tough coming back up - not recommended in the dark!

The room was rustic but clean and well-appointed. Marco and his staff were helpful and lovely. Not for everyone, but really special. And seriously, the VIEW.

The beauty of the old building. The spaciousness of the room. The quiet, the view, the simplicity of the place. Review 63：Casale Corcella is a very special place situated high up on a hill nestled by mountains and overlooking the sea. The room was comfortable and clean offering a kitchenette and small table and chairs right outside your door. There are also beautiful common areas to sit and read or take in the view. You are completely surrounded by the most beautiful nature and quiet, well worth the drive up the road. We walked up and down to town for dinner 20 minutes to get down and enjoyed every minute of it.

Do go if you want to get away from it all, for great walks, comfortable accommodation, peace, fresh air and sea views. Breakfasts were delicious and other guests were very quiet, considerate and friendly. Not the place for people who need to be surrounded by 40inch TVs, swimming pools and other trappings of materialistic life. The drive up to Marco's is fine in the dry - a bit rough in places, but nothing to worry about. In the wet it could be trickier.
