Reviews for Kempinski Hotel Aqaba

Review 1:Love that every room has sea view so no need to beg any1 for an upgrade. Also food is good & since am frequent visitor the staff at very attentive. If in aqaba, it's always my first choice

Review 2:We really cannot fault our time here. The staff were immaculate - super attentive and helpful. Every room has a sea view balcony looking out over the choice of pools and jacuzzis. Food is delicious too - just wish we had longer than 2 nights booked there.

Review 3:The quality of the restaurants is below what one could expect ...not a lot of choices; not well prepared (fish overcooked; average seasoning - they can do better).

Review 4:a bit too warm rooms AC only one key per room

Review 5:friendly staff cleanliness 2 times room cleaning nice chef fruitful breakfast beach activities valet, front desk hospitality

Review 6:the room was not 100% clean but the manager of the front desk act to it immediately and apologized

Review 7:Everything was perfect, I had an excellent experience, one of the best hotels I stayed in,the staff was so friendly and caring, when we checked out the valet put us a newspaper and water in the car to continue our journey which was a great move

Review 8:At our previous stay there was a foul stand were a employee made the foul and it was excellent now that's not there and some of the steamers was left empty for 15 to 20 minutes.

Review 9:When you think of comfort just think of the kempinski. This would be the second time back at the hotel and the staff was polite and very attentive. Special thanks to Mohammad at reception area.

Review 10:1) hair dryer is not working. 2) toiletries ( shave, toothpaste and brush) basic ones were not available and when we asked they replied with very silly answer those toiletries should come with special request. 3) oily foam for bathing , they never refilled it in bathroom. 4)security is just like the cost gourds among Saudi and Jordan , inspect you ever since you get in and out the hotel to make sure no food with you. 5) never put enough towels as they removed, we had to ask many times. 6) no tissue inside the room except the bathroom. 7) there should have been complementary honeymoon pakage as most of international hotels in world. 8) breakfast was a bit limited choices.

Review 11:1)Lovely for relaxation and everything is available at hotel. 2) they treat us with lovely pace of cake for wedding annvassary.

Review 12:However, we had a big disapointment when we arrived at the border with Israel and discovered it is closed due to a holiday. Of course it was our responsibility to check, but since this hotel hosts Israelis regulary, and considering we have emailed the staff before arriving, I guess they could have give us a notice. We ended staying in an inn in Eilat for one night out if 3 and paying twice. We haven't received a penny back and the treatment we got when we arrived, a day late, was cold and indifferent. We also asked by email that our room would not be selled, so we could check in first thingin morning, but they did sold it. I think a refund would have been a nice gesture.

Review 13:Staying at Kempinski is an outstanding expirience of rest and good taste. You can clearly see that some one considered every single detail so you won't have to worry about anything. The design of this place is beautiful but effortless and elegant. We had a perfect weekend.

Review 14:Watch out for the added taxes that aren't included in the Booking.com price. This is relevant for all prices in restaurants too. Basically one pays about 17% more than the shown price. But this is not specific to this hotel. Only two complaints: the bath water (unlike the shower water) was just lukewarm. And the breakfast coffee was too bitter - I love coffee, and I don't think they make a good brew. The Kempinski should buy the land next door and turn it into a garden or something. It's a bit of an eyesore.

Review 15:We stayed at the end of October/beginning of November, so the hotel was not full. We really had the feeling of being alone and being able to relax and chill out. The facilities are excellent, as are the restaurants. With its private pool and beach it is like an oasis of tranquility. The rooms have amazing views over the sea. We crossed over from Eilat, and the crossing was easy and unbureaucratic, and the hotel is far nicer than those in Eilat.

Review 16:Food and drink at very excessive prices, you can not bring food and drink from outside even if alcohol has reviewed the hotel entrance where you have to show them what you've got in the bag, never met something similar hotels around the world.

Review 17:New hotel , stunning view from the rooms ,Good location, stunning private beach, a beautiful swimming pool, very nice staff, good food

Review 18:Service staff skills varied, sometimes very slow service (took 45 min to get a pizza in the lunch restaurant). Jacuzzi only allowed for adults.

Review 19:Stylish hotel with beautiful sea view rooms (all with balconies), a nice private beach and good pools. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Review 20:I had to remind the house keeping to leave us towels and to restock the mini bar

Review 21:Everyone was very friendly. The location is great. The room was excellent.

Review 22:Had only two nights - wish we could stay more!

Review 23:All rooms have perfect sea view. Staff were helpful, pleasant, friendly and kind. The spa staff were extremely proffesional and pleasant. Hotel restaurants are very good with fair prices.

Review 24:1. Everything inside the hotel is highly overpriced. 2. They check your bags (!) to take out the alcohol you buy in the duty free, and then charge 30 JD per bottle you want to take in with you.

Review 25:This place is an island of sanity in the middle of the wilds

Review 26:Perfect 5* hotel, very friendly and nice staff, Perfect rooms with sea view, great pool and facilities breakfast was very delicious the attention for guests safety was also impressive The bottom line..I'll be back :)

Review 27:Just a tip to those who are booking the Panoramic suite with a friendrather than a significant other: the bedroom and bathroom is partitionedby glass, which means you'll be able to see someone doing theirbusiness in the toilet when waking up in the morning.

Review 28:The service was amazing. The staff made me feel pampered from the momentI checked in until the time I had to check out.

Review 29:Very clean in general, a few small spots though which you only see if ou are looking for something on a floor or lying on the bathtub, didnt look that great. Pool, which is great, may have a ot of leafs at the end of a day. That's luxury nagging though.

Review 30:Great place, great Hotel, room cleaning 2x a day (many 5* hotels forgot about that), great really great shower. Beach is wonderfull sandy and clear, breakfast was superb. Very fast Valet service.

Review 31:Food served in the walk restaurant is average... Other than the pizza which I would def recommend.

Review 32:Best breakfast in Amman! Catering staff were very helpful and enthusiastic to show us the different options and Arabic cuisine. Great location Extremely friendly staff Loved the outdoor jacuzzi where we spent most of our mornings! Very clean rooms and good room service

Review 33:it used to be much more luxuries, when they cleaned the room they took all the towels and put one instead of the 6 towels we had, the toilet broke the last night we spent there and there were no activities what so ever in the evening or during the day

Review 34:The hotel has its own private beach and nice pool, wireless internet all over the hotel for free, comfortable

Review 35:maybe that they doesn't have much things to do inside the resort , the swimming pool is not that big or nice , no Music on the pool.

Review 36:The beach and the spa is way more than good

Review 37:They don't have baby's cot. There's no Cafe inside the reception. The room need small coffee machine ( capsule system). The dont put snacks in the room like chips, snickers, Mars, redbull... Etc

Review 38:Some of the amenities use to be in the rooms was missing, but we get it after we ask for it. There were some more amenities in the rooms before, which it’s not available now. Needs some activities in the hotel (day & night), and if there is we didn't notice any announcement

Review 39:Kind and pleasant staff. I recommended to everyone.

Review 40:Had to literary beg for baby cot, and didn't have it for first night although I asked for it several times in advance.

Review 41:Location, Architecture, Rooms, View, Staff, Breakfast

Review 42:Value of room and services was over-priced compared to other Hotels with similar location and stars. No much recreational facilities on the beach or on the swimming pools. Children club was lousy and very primitive. They refused late check-out and forced me to leave at 12:30, most hotels world-wide give late check-out till 2 or 3 pm swimming pools where all made for children, with one pool only deep enough for adults, but very small in space Very limited number of seats on the pools; same on the beach. You have to go early to reserve a place

Review 43:I liked the location on the top north of Aqaba Gulf. Sun goes from left to right, so you have sunny beach most of the day. clean sands, although the beach is not wide enough.

Review 44:Alcohol is expensive and it's not allowed to bring your own.

Review 45:Great breakfast. friendly staff, very nice rooms with balcony and sea view, private beach.

Review 46:1- the breakfast buffet is limited 2- room service is too slow, in kempinski Dead Sea there was an amazing room service staff , an employee named lory she was amazing, she was preparing the room every night for a sleep and prepare it after waking up and always clean and change the bed sheets ... Etc But there wasn't any of this in aqaba branch ,, 3- pool time is suck ... In this summer heat its hard to swimm during the day ,, before sunset they're taking all the people out of the pool and the beach ,, in Dead Sea kempinski it was allowed to swimm till 11:30 PM 4- the prices is too over , for example,, I ordered 2 pinacolada cocktail one of these is virgin ,, so the Virgin is 6 jd cost and with alcohol is 10 jd cost ,, and they're putting only small tiny shot of rum !!! How is that fair !! 5- aqaba city should be a duty free city ,,, they're adding city taxes 7.7% extra charge for everything,, and service charge!! For what !!

Review 47:The interior design of the room are amazing , the view, land scape

Review 48:Not allowing food in. No small ! .shop is available Payment by Master Card meant 4% extra and this was not explained in Booking site while I was making the booking.

Review 49:Staff r friendly and ready to help n every possible way.

Review 50:-Staff for reception was not good. the check in take a long time -i am reach to the hotel at 2.45 PM my booking was for two rooms for two rooms actually the reception employee inform me that one room is ready other one need anther approx 2 hours !!!! how can i make check in at 5 PM! after so many shouting he promise me to make it ready after 45 minutes but actually it takes 1.5 hours to finish and sure after so many calls and waiting. -remote control was not found in the room i requested from hotel to bring to me but after four times 4 they bring it and sure after i called the manager !!!

Review 51:-Good Location -Nice facility -i would like to thank Mr. Hakam Tahboub

Review 52:Our room were not close to each other (each on a different floor). We had four hours late check in (the hotel was fully booked).

Review 53:They upgraded all of our rooms for the late check in.

Review 54:I had a problem using the bath

Review 55:the room which was on the 6th floor the service which was excelent the food rhe special white sand which was brought to Aqaba the swimming pool

Review 56:We visited this resort for five different times, we never had one complain

Review 57:Very kind staff, Very clean room and all the facilities of the hotel, very good restaurants (the fish restaurant the best, but too expensive), fantastic view from every room

Review 58:More facilities and programmes for young kids will add more value to hotel. Cars security check really boring especially if frequently moving in and out.

Review 59:Location, staff , cleanliness

Review 60:Internal car park is too small and the external car park seemed a little abandoned :(

Review 61:The rooms design is very modern which is my favorite. Security and safety is excellent. Hotel atmosphere is royal :)

Review 62:- The luxurious and super deluxe amenities and treatment; simply it’s a stress-free hotel. - Staff on pool are very helpful (especially Mahmoud), very welcoming and friendly. - Our room was perfectly decorated, beautifully furnished and comfortable. - Location is what you all need; all shops are down the street (5 minutes walk). - The most impressive part is the importance the management gives to feedbacks and complaints; if you have any minor complaint, the manager makes sure to contact you personally and explain the reasons (if any) or simply apologize if the customer has a valid point. What I mean is, whatever you think, counts for them. I take my hat off to this hotel and amazing staff.

Review 63:I don't recommend going to watersport activities place (sindbad) located at the hotel's beach, because the staff were rude and the prices were shockingly expensive.

Review 64:We stayed in a room with a panoramic sea view which was totally worth it, the view was out of this world. The breakfast was amazing and delicious beyond belief, we also ordered dinner to the room which was very delicious as well. The room was extremely quiet and the housekeeper was very polite and friendly. The receptionist soubhi was extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 65:Food and especially drinks are very expensive. Maintenance of facilities like the Bath was not always perfect

Review 66:Very friendly staff Very good service Very good room - spacious and clean

Review 67:The hotel is not very baby friendly, no changing tables around the hotel facilities. The hotel facilities are poor, tiny gym, dated kids play area. The hotel knew that we're travelling with a toddler but made zero effort in terms of preparation, they had small sized slippers and some drawing books etc, it would've been great if they were placed in the room without us asking for it.

Review 68:Room view is great. Beach is very nice and clean (nothing to see underwater though). Rooms are very spacious.

Review 69:Nothing!

Review 70:Everything was excellent. From the moment you enter and given a cold flannel to freshen you up to the moment you leave, we couldn't fault anything. Staff very friendly and polite, room large with comfortable bed and pillows, TV. Fantastic bathroom. Huge selection at breakfast. Great swimming pool. We ate in the Italian restaurant and the chef came and asked us if we would like to watch him make our pizza's! Short walk into town. Car parking on site. Would stay again.

Review 71:the weekend days, unfortunately the room didn't get the proper cleaning...

Review 72:location is very good, very friendly and nice staff, great views, and I love the pool's area landscape

Review 73:i absolutely loved this hotel, the hotel staff are super nice and friendly beyond what i expected it to be and the facilities were great and the location is perfect with so many nearby fastfood places and souvenir shops nearby

Review 74:The tranquility of the spot was a bit spoiled by boats (not sure if theywere belonging to hotel or not - dont think so) which went up and downthe sea right in front of the hotel blasting loud Arabic music). Alsodisaapointed by the size of the extra bed for my 12 year old daughtersharing room (which as well as not being long enough was also extremelyhard) - she ended up sharing my bed even though we paid for this extrabed as it simply was not comfortable. Last but certainly not least, thereceptionist who handled our check on on arrival (after a 4 hour journeyfrom Amman), was not helpful and was condescending in his manner). I hada problem with the pin on my credit card, and his solution to cancel theonline booking and lose the whole amount and book again, was quitefrankly astonishing!

Review 75:The location is fantastic. Beautiful room, excellent breakfast.Amenities very good and on the whole, the staff are friendly and welltrained. Beautiful spa facilities, and good choice of food outlets.

Review 76:The staff was unbelievably unprofessional, we changed rooms three times as the first room stank of smoke and the second was a downgrade with no view! We were outraged so they promised us an upgrade however when we went to the lobby to get that upgrade, they all looked confused and started blaming each other for promising an upgrade and we never got it. Apparently the manager did not have the qualifying skill of making customers satisfied when the hotel was almost empty that night. As for the breakfast, there are crows everywhere in Aqaba and the unprofessional breakfast staff do not know how to control that - there should be a net or some kind of solution as the crows come pick on your food and then start throwing it in the air dropping food all over the breakfast area - its a horrible experience for everyone seated outside. I at least expected the waiters to clean up, but nobody really cared and the crows were eating leftover eggs and vegetables that were left on the tables. Overall, I have been coming to Aqaba for 25 years and this has been the most horrible experience I ever had. If you stay at a 4 or 3 star hotel, it would probably be better than staying at this 'so called' 5 star hotel.

Review 77:bed was comfortable free wifi everything else is horrible especially the staff

Review 78:Everything is OK, I have had a tiny Problem with the TV, it didn't response good with poor satellite signals, anyhow I didn't have too much time to watch TV and may be it was my fault because I haven't informed the room service to tesolve it. The prices in related to overall prices in a country like Jordan is a little bit high. I had another problem with the APMP restaurant, it closed in the evening suddenly without being informed before, instead of that I had my Dinner at another Restaurant named "In the Walk Restaurant" The people there specially the Chief(as I mentioned before) did there job just wonderfully. The Internet did't work good (at least with me) outside my room. I didn't like the design of the main door but it's just a personal opinion and doesn't affect my evaluation.

Review 79:I almost liked everything in this Hotel, I liked the Staff very much, I liked the Guys and Ladies at the Reception, I liked the fast room service, I really liked the italian foods Chief at "In the Walk Restaurant", I liked also the indian master Chief, I give 5 stars for the foods and drinks overall, 5 stars for the kindly Staff, 4.5 stars for the Pool and Beach, 4 stars for the Internet outside the room(4.5 stars in the room), 5 stars for the room and Bed. Ich liebe Kempinski, weiterempfehlen ☺

Review 80:Can't bring food from outside, can't have extra bed, need to book sauna in advance, can't rent snorkeling equipment, etc. etc. etc. Incredibly annoying which really spoiled our stay. If you want to snorkel stay at South beach. Made this mistake!

Review 81:Breakfast, pool, sauna, steam room

Review 82:Relatively small swimming pool for size of hotel, no coffee making machine in room

Review 83:Light and airy nature of public areas, well maintained and very clean, excellent breakfast, good restaurants and the best hotel wifi I have experienced.

Review 84:I was worried Kempinski would be style over substance and I am pleased to say that I was proved wrong. The service was impeccable and the staff were very warm and welcoming. They made us feel very special on our 1st wedding anniversary. Beds are very comfortable tii

Review 85:Some of the staff are not professional in handling guests for 5 star hotel! And also need more facilities so the hotel can reach 5 star level.

Review 86:Location and rooms

Review 87:Too new to have developed a character. Quite sterile. Drinks are too expensive and there is a strict policy of not bringing in your own alcohol (clearly stated at time of booking). Breakfast staff quite slow and often got orders wrong. Offered quite hard gluten-free "dumplings" for breakfast the first two days although offered great gluten-free bread when dining at the onsite fish restaurant?!

Review 88:Good selection for breakfast to suit all nationalities and tastes. Gluten-free bread provided and gluten free pasta available from Italian restaurant onsite. Great private beach and pool facilities. Great for families who need quality time together. All people entering the hotel are scanned along with their bags.

Review 89:it was overpriced for a person living in jordan...250 jds per night,,is expensive

Review 90:food..beach,,,room comfort i would certainly come again...when prices get better!!

Review 91:-the food was ok but not outstanding

Review 92:-the service was excellent -the hotel is beautiful designed with a great constructed pool -sand beach -easy access to diving places

Review 93:Gym was a bit sparse - couldn't change the TV channels (not the end of the world, but a bit tedious when going for a long-ish run). Very noisy boats and jet skis when we went to the beach section in the afternoon - not particularly peaceful.

Review 94:Lovely room (panoramic room), very clean and nice decor. Very good location, in terms of the view. Friendly at reception. Didn't use the spa/paid facilities, so can't comment on these.

Review 95:The staff was extremely helpful, especially the night manager. The facilities are beautiful and the food options were high quality. Extremely satisfied.

Review 96:I stayed there for 2 nights with my parents, sister and my 7-year boy, I really feel pity for whoever is managing this place coz he has to manage a group of c-level executives with an attitude, the security guys made everything they could to make our stay miserable, most of the guys at AMPM restaurant served us with a huge grim. The building is nice but has absolutely no spirit. Others 1. I liked our rooms very much, they had terrific view ,the WiFi was really good. The shower head was amaizing 2. The housekeeping service was really really good. 3. We liked their free mini bar. 4. I kinda liked their breakfast especially the FOUL MUDAMES, Hmmmmm, but the way the stations are ordered was very weird and confusing, I really think they should reconsider this AND the toaster was not working properly that you have to put your bread in several times. 5. A very huge setback was the sand on their small beach, I couldn’t lay down on the beach coz of this. 6. The outside Jacuzzi was barely warm. In conclusion, the staff with very few exceptions are not a 5-star hotel team, I will never stay their again..this place is no match to the neighboring InterCon

Review 97:The hotel does not manage to provide a relaxing, upmarket experience as it on occasion resembles a kindergarten more than anything else. It should decide if to either market itself as an upmarket resort in which case there should be something done about facilities (restaurants, pool, breakfast) to allow for at least some quiet corner - or it should be open about that its selected target group is families with small children.

Review 98:Very nice rooms, elegant and spacious. Great location and quite nice beach. Friendly staff.

Review 99:I really like the staff. Friendly and all. But they need more training and management guidance or more staff is needed. Staff is kind of left behind by management and seem overworked. Broken items need repair being at a 5 star hotel for example wobbly tables at terrace dining, dirty floors after dinner and lunch etc. Children are taking over the pool and jacuzzi. no controle by anybody. Breakfast just not up to standards luxury hotel. Overworked staff and bad set up buffet and not best of choice. Please more staff guidance.

Review 100:The room is really great with nice view. Design hotel has my taste nice modern almost minimalistic nice bright colors. Beach seems spacious enough with soft white sand. layout pool is modern and infinity pool good design.

Review 101:Too soft and flat pillow. Too soft mattress. Noise during the 2 breakfasts: lawn mower and bulldozer arranging the beach! Not possible to do that end of the day?

Review 102:Incredible! Everything was very nice, just like it should be at a 5 star hotel! The room very nice, clean, comfortable. The beach just right at your feet, and the swimming pool area very well conserved. The staff very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel, very tasty and good quality.

Review 103:Peaceful oasis by the sea, excellent service, incredibly comfortable bed, free spa which was empty most of the time, gorgeous pools, and a short walk into town where you can find lots of local restaurants to eat.

Review 104:No docking station for intelligent phones, no expresso machines, had to call every days for tea bag refills, asked a few time for bath towels which were lacking, had to ask for ironing board and iron, the board was is poor condition.

Review 105:This is the best location on either side of the Red Sea, the hotel design, spaciousness and sun exposure are outstanding !

Review 106:as it was mentioned in the brochure, rooms supposed to be arranged twice a day but that is not the real

Review 107:I liked the privacy in the hotel and all facilities, the breakfast at the balcony, room size

Review 108:I booked a suit and another room.Been greated well treated as a VIP. all went well until i was about to leave the hotel and was stopped as the impression by the reception staff I took a child bathrobe. I offered for them to check my bags or pay for it but then appologised after a very embaressing situation infront of my family. I gave a feedback to the manager that they was they dealt with the situation was so embaressing and unprofessional. Sad to say that was my last impression about this experience.

Review 109:In general all good

Review 110:I have no complains

Review 111:Hard to detail, as everything was perfect:- excellent location on the seaside, private beach, - all rooms have a great view to the sea, - very modern, quiet, nice design, everything was working as expected - very good restaurants - all of them, great breakfast

Review 112:Very expensive, particularly Fish In restaurant and cocktails. Rooms a bit clinical-looking in white.

Review 113:Sea views. Breakfast selection. In-pool cocktail bar. Live music in cocktail bar. Lots of complimentary toiletries. Good-size balcony.

Review 114:Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a clean and gorgeous private beach with fantastic views of the sea. We would definitely come back to stay

Review 115:Poor food quality that was ordered to the room. Rezoto dish was cold, fruits were not fresh especially the orange. I will not dinne again

Review 116:Good communication

Review 117:The hotel is beautifully designed, extremely clean and the staff is most friendly and helpful. Great location, clean beach, fantastic breakfast, excellent service. We loved every moment. Will surly come back!

Review 118:Not the fault of the hotel, but the activities in the sea near the beach are much too noisy: too many motor boats, water scooters, disco-ships with loud music, etc.

Review 119:Elegant architecture, great pool, extremely forthcoming and friendly staff, excellent food, perfect location, impressive rooms.

Review 120:The noise - noisy techno boats on the Red Sea and jet skis. We asked to be put into a quiet room yet they put single guys into the room next to us. The single guys woke us up in at 3am with banging and fighting. We had a baby a she woke up because of the noise. We didn't sleep much. I don't think we will stay here again because it is just too noisy!

Review 121:The staff. The location. The room service.

Review 122:The food was the exact same selection, the towels were not replaced, the pool was very cold, on the whole, the price was way above the value and the service

Review 123:the view was nice, the beds were comfortable, the beach clean

Review 124:The food not great and not much choice. The walk way not very good quality. The fish restaurant way too expensive. The swimming pool was not heated. The fact that service charge is added to everything. The constant noise, and potential hazard, of all the jet skis, boats etc....

Review 125:The rooms and their view. The staff generally nice. The beach and the sea.

Review 126:In the booking ..they mentioned every room for 2 adults and 1 child.. And we were 4 adults and 2 child.. so they charge me for the first child extra bed and second half price for the breakfast..

Review 127:i like the location. rooms qutie big .

Review 128:Won't change shekels as a matter of policy - seems more a political statement than anything else. But inconvenient for travelers coming from Israel, given lack of money changing facility at the Eilat-Aqaba border. A bit disappointed by the Wed night 'fish barbeque.' Lots of beautiful fresh fish set out for viewing, but the fish was actually fried, not grilled, and arrived at the table cold.

Review 129:Highly trained, professional staff provides excellent service. Plenty of security - ambivalent about that, as you feel cut off from the city. Comfortable, modern, sunny rooms with great views across the Red Sea harbor. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good cocktails - not easy to come by in Jordan.

Review 130:room service was excellent, but they did not clean the floor ifvthe room well

Review 131:excellent staff, beautiful pool, beautiful sea view, very clean, great food

Review 132:As I have had occasion to point out to the person in charge of the breakfast room hotels like this can not 'afford to tolerate crows and other birds that leave undisturbed their droppings on food, tables and chairs. The consequences are easy to imagine ... This is' the only flaw that I could find. After all, those responsible have assured me that already 'a few months ago are taking action to solve the problem and that the more' soon will opt for an environmentally friendly solution. Bravi !!

Review 133:The hotel is a true 5 star. I appreciated the meticulous attention to details, kindness and availability of staff very always very professional and prepared. The service in the rooms is excellent. Roomkeeping 3 times a day and the equipment inside is complete with everything a traveler needs to be pampered. Breakfast is a feast! The terrace fantastic. Great choice of international food. The pools are clean and beautiful. Soft towels are provided for the sunbeds. The hotel is also provided with an excellent spa with professional philippine therapists. The choice of the staff is not casual but refined and severe. Location is perfect.

Review 134:That our vacation ended.

Review 135:Everything...beautiful beach, loved the shallow pool for sun bathing, food was excellent, and the staff met all of our expectations. Perfect ending to a very busy Israel and Petra vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer.
